Hee hee, yep my legs kill me going up and love me coming down
Well gave myself the night off from exercise tonight, just needed a break as have been very sore lately at night...have fitted in 3 evening exercise sessions this week anyway and managed to keep my calories down to 1100 today so that is great!
Hopefully I can drag myself out of bed to go for a run in the morning...
Did my 30 minute run this morning, ran up a horrible hill that just seemed to go forever...feel exhausted tonight and am still debating with myself whether or not to go down and do my evening workout...
Just finished a fish burger for tea, had about 6 chips as well but not too worried about this because on the whole my eating has been great!
Well was too exhausted to haul my arse downstairs to do my full workout so ended up doing 80 crunches of different varieties, 40 side leg lifts and 40 backward leg lifts (those ones when you are kind of in push up position and flick leg up and out, dunno what they are called???)
Anyway don't feel so guilty about not going and doing the whole lot...
Hopefully we will get our exercycle this weekend and that will add a little bit of variety.....that is my problem I am easily bored, (actually I can't believe I have been jogging for almost 6 months now...what a revelation I can stick with something after all
Hee hee but I do have to do a different track each day as I am just so easily bored......
Managed to get my 30 minute workout in today so that was great....didn't push myself as hard as i could of, but just feel exhausted at the moment...fitted in 7 stair climbs (13 stairs in one climb) sometimes I do ten but I always do it as fast as I can and it kills my legs!
Well the great news is that I have bought an exercycle and am so excited about this, it will add another option to my fitness programme as I get so bored so easily and it has some exciting programmed workouts on it so I am looking forward to it!
Went to the supermarket today and was putting the cheese on the counter (1kg block) and it dawned on me that I have lost 5 and a half of those in the last 4 weeks and 7 and a half of those in total....WOW that blew me away as they are soooo heavy!
Yep i do feel like I'm doing ok now....I can finally notice the changes in the important parts of my body like my upper arms, hips and thighs so it must be good!
What is really interesting is we went out for tea last night and I ordered a seafood basket, one of those ones where everything is battered...you can just imagine the fat Anyways I had a couple of things and felt full, didn't even get through half the meal and only managed a couple of chips....this is huge for me because a meal like that would have just been standard before and disposed of very quickly...
The really good thing is that I felt sick after even just eating that little amount of fatty food, and still do this morning, just goes to show me how my body has adjusted to its healthy lifestyle!
Just did a 20 minute easy run this morning (it didnt feel that easy though) plan to go downstairs tonight and do 20 minutes on the exercycle....my goal this week is to include my exercycycle in my programme as much as possible...
24 minutes on the exercyle set on one of those programmes which goes level 1, level 3, level 5, etc...wow what a workout this is my first time on an exercycle for ages and boy am I stuffed!
Burned 305 calories and cycled 14km.....
Managed to get 20 crunches in as well but that was all I could manage...
I totally need exercise equipment, lol... I'm not the kinda person that can just take a walk around the block, so having the gym makes me happy
have a great day tomrrow!
started the morning at 6am with a 25 minute cycle....man that is hard work! Managed to burn 320 calories which is just as well because I have eaten 1600 calories today (snuck a peanut butter sandwich)
Just got home at 8.30pm after arriving at work at 7.30am so needless to say no exercise tonight...
I did make myself do 70 bicep curls with my weight this morning, kept going until my arms could stand it no longer...
Feeling horrid at the moment as I am mid-cycle and bloated...lol
