Well another good day, just about to go down and do my evening exercises...managed to drink 3.5 litres of water today (not sure about the conversion) that is about 4 of my sport drink bottles.
Drinks on Saturday are off so at least I don't need to worry about my calories coming from alcohol...
Everything going really well so far this week, decided to have a rest yesterday morning so I went for a walk for 30 minutes instead of jogging, my body is feeling a little weary after 3 days of hill running...
Have been keeping to my 2 workouts a day managed to get 30 minutes in last night, skipping, stepper, weights and squats...
Have just finished my workout this morning, more skipping, stepping, ab work, and some weights (I didn't feel up to running again today)
I am starting to notice good definition in my abs, just under my ribs it is quite scooped out now and my upper abs are quite firm to touch...now just need to get rid of the last of my mummy tummy...
Finally it is good to notice some rewards for all those crunches
Well did my Saturday morning workout, 30 minutes was all I had time for...did about 10 minutes stepping, 5 minutes ab work, 5 minutes stair climbing, and 10 minutes crunches, situps, leg lifts, squats and weights.
I feel this workout should be much longer and on days I have time I lose track of the clock and often come up an hour later....but 30 minutes is all I have time for in that morning slot
Anyway hopefully it is still helping, have done 10 workouts so far this week so that all added up is a considerable amount of time...have my family walk to add in tomorrow which is usually just over an hour....
I to joined for the same reasons as you. I was up with my son in the middle of the night. I was wide awake and feeling sorry for myself when an inspriational episode of The Biggest Loser came on tv. I then ended up here where I desparately needed some support. Wow I must say I certainly feel so welcome here.
I love the journal aspect of this Weight Loss Form.

don't know about work out machine but I do feel very driven to get rid of an excess at the moment...lol
I actually have just started logging everything into fitday and that has been interesting, have to tweak a little of the carbs in my diet and up the proteins...but so far so good
Well kept up the bargain with myself....jogged yesterday for 25 minutes and then did another 30 minutes of cross training (skipping, stepper, weights etc) in the evening.
Today I went for a fast paced run for 15 minutes this morning and have just completed a 25 minute workout of skipping, stepping, weights, crunches etc...pushed myself really hard and it feels good!
All going well, doing really well on the food here too!

Had another good day....1520 calories eaten and 490 calories burned through exercise (but it seems like so much more the amount of sweat that pours off me!)
Just finished my evening exercise did 35 minutes tonight, really challenged myself on the skipping tonight, must have done at least 15 in total and have added a set of 50 step ups (running speed) to my routine. Last night I did 100, tonight just the 50, but did way more high intensity skipping tonight so felt ok about that.
I average about 70 crunches now and about 50 leg lifts so am feeling happy about that...
