i'm feeling much better
today i'll go to my yogalates class (yoga+pilates lol) we'll see how that one goes since i've never done pilates in class. some yoga yes. i'm gonna go with my own pace. slowly lol...
they told me i can stay for one more class if i want because i was sick and couldn't make it earlier. but since its a high-gear dance workout i doubt i'll be able to follow it today. hell i was exhausted after walking 20 minutes yesterday. so i'm gonna go easy today.
i bought a very nice light purple yoga mat
i really started paying attention to my breathing while getting myself through positions and i noticed i can do it with more flow
so me happy.
the food has also been very good. been eating very light food. i'm still staying away from most veggies just because i need easy digestion. and i feel good.
