hey all
its raining in budapest but its sunny in my head. i really feel good. I had so much fun this past week. and i ate well. only did one aerobics class, but i walked a lot all around budapest and that fell so good. i plan to do it more often
also got two of my grades in - straight A

i'm going on aerobics probably tomorrow if i manage to sqeeze it in, i have an assignment due tomorrow at midnight.
this morning i had a large breakfast because i'm planning on having only salad and fruit yogurt for lunch and the reason is this writing thing. i had two pita breads (both are 290 cals) and 70rams of Gouda cheese and one yogurt. and two large cafe late's. i'm trying to wake up
and i'm planning on eating fruit every few hours. and then maybe i'll have a peace of meet for dinner and some veggies
apart from my newly organized self, i'm trying to keep myself focused on the goals in front of me. and i notice that if i don't go over them every day i get lost so easy. steve was right. it costs me nothing to keep myself in check every day. i'm doing this for me. eating junk or overeating is not helping ME. its not helping.
