my friends' theory is that i'm moody and feel like crap because i haven't had sex in two months and i know i will in a week and that frustrates me...hmmm maybe there's something to it. they suggested i buy a vibrator just to have a "buddy" to relax me at night. my friends are really hilarious sometimes. but i'm starting to think this is not such a bad idea. i'll definitely need a stress release in budapest lol

HA well each to their own alot of woman have them wethere they admitt it or not...Im with Kim however - it is nice with a partner willign to play laong - toys add alot of excitement and pleasure...bet your surprized to hear that from me huh...heeheehee...

Lena girl keep on pluggin along you are getting there!!! We all have good days and bad days and we all get moody monst importantly we are all human and I think our bodies just start gettin tired as well
 
well the day didn't start so good. i was in the bus to work with my pregnant coworker and a guy on a scooter starts driving next to the bus and starts yelling at the bus driver and started hitting the glass with his fist. he almost broke the window and we were pretty scared. then he drove away. what on earth got into his head only god knows.

only three more days until i go to see my bf :D yaaaaaaaaaay :D can't wait.

my food for today:
breakfast: dr.oetker muesli with low fat yogurt
snack: one bagel
lunch: 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 pepper salad with balsamico dressing
snack: chocolate pudding
dinner: either minestrone or satarash (very easy summer dish - you need onions, peppers and tomatoes. cut peppers and onions into strings, not to thin, tomatoes normally for them to cook fast, on tb spoon olive oil just saute a bit, add some water and season the way you want cook until its all soft and that's it - you can prepare it as a more of a soup or as a side dish, just let the water evaporate - very healthy and low in calories).

so that's it for me lol

Yay for the 3 days!!

Binge on fruit? I find a lot of types of fruit seem to be naturally self limiting. If I ate half a pineapple my mouth would be raw!! My tongue is stinging now from 5 dates! How good is it to get that sweet taste without guilt and without starting cravings! :)

anyway...got my pedicure and manicure yesterday. today i'm having my legs and bikini waxed, and then i'm off to see my niece and then off to pack. i'm working tomorrow and then after work i'm going :D:D

YES! Come to the US and do research, bring your boyfriend! Better yet, come to Santa Cruz! It's truly heaven here (probably because I didn't gown up here, ha ha ha). Glad you're doing well. Nothing wrong with eating too much fruit once in a while--go for it! I absolutely adore pineapple. I ate a white pineapple in Hawaii once that was so good, my sense were overwhelmed and I couldn't do anything but make "mmmmm, mmmmmh" noises in pure bliss. Damn I'm hungry now! Ok, I need to check out some more journals and get some good b-fast!
 
i'm back :D

so i'm back from my few days off. had wonderful quality time with my bf. the only thing that got to us was the weather. it was so damn hot we were scared to kiss each other during the day because we were afraid our lips would melt and become permanently attached. now we won't see each other untill beginning of august, but that is only month away.

i got my TOM so its no fun since i have tons to do and the scale is sitting still. i didn't overeat while i was away although i did eat some really yummy things and didn't count calories. now looking in restrospect i did somewhere around my maintainance or just a little above...so hopefully no harm done. i will however weigh myself again tomorrow just to check for my june challenge. who knows maybe 2 will dissapear before you know it.

i'm at work at the moment and i'm secluded from everyone else in a separate office because i have some rather important things to do so the bosses want me to have piece and quiet while doing it. plus i have one exam today and one tomorrow for becoming ceritfied project manager for european projects :D anyone here wanna hire me in the future lol?

far as food goes i need to get back on track and eat healthy stuff for a while. i miss salads, and goran's mom is not reallly a fan of healthy foods even though she did try her best to prepare something i actually eat haha

went for a strall down the city center yesterday with tina. she told me that since she won't be in budapest to check up on my eating that i am to report to her my stats every week. which means the first thing i need to do when i come to budapest is to buy scales. i guess there will be some incents burning there for scale gods :D

hope you're all doing great. i will try to get to some diaries these days. but it will probably be next week and not this one.

conversation with me...getting me back on track

so my dear Lena...you had your fun with food for the past two weeks...had enough of bread, and enough of unhealthy stuff...STOP ACTING LIKE A FREAKIN KID AND START BEING SERIOUS AND GET BACK ON TRACK!!!!!!!!

ok i don't feel good. woke up this morning and realized i've slipped of the wagon...is it possible we can keep ourselves in denial just like that... i ate so much bread and so many carbs its rediculous. plus the ice cream...oh my god the icecream.... people i need help. big time.

i messed up. i let my guards down and messed up. i'm changing my ways back to counting and planning starting from right now.

breakfast: dr oetker muesli with low fat yogurt, + coffee with milk
snack: kefir
lunch: zucchini and 2 turkey pitas (turkey breast ground meat with onions, carrots, celery and seasoning)
snack: two peaches
dinner: 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 1 cucumber with a bit of cottage cheese and chicken breast ham (100 grams has 81 calorie)

anyway this is my food for today. i might go out tonight and have few drinks. plus i'll try and exercise today. tomorrow we will go to the beach all day so i'll do some quality swimming.

so my dear Lena stick to this and you'll get to onederland. i really need to stop being scared of losing that weight and hitting those numbers.
 
Sounds like a good plan, I will check on you again to make sure you not falling of that wagon again and give you a hand to climb back on :D
 
Hey Lena, I'm glad you had a good trip. Going off on a vacation doesn't hurt too much as long as you get right back on the wagon. I really think the secret isn't how much we can stick to a healthy diet, as much as when we don't how quickly we can get back.
