well salsa did make me feel better. i didn't tape the hot irish ass since there were only 5 of us there and it would be too obvious lol but let me tell you, you just wanna grab it :D:D

i think the way i feel like this (yes, there are leftovers emotionally from yesterday, but i'm better) is because i wasn't eating well past few days. i don't like it when i don't feel in control. i decided to keep myself in check for the next few days. i don't want to slip.

breakfast: 2 slices of bread with liver paste and kefir
snack: none
lunch: that salad from yesterday - 1 cucumber, 1 pepper 1 tomato with balsamico dressing
dinner: don't know yet, but if my folks aren't preparing anything, i'll probably make either pasta and zucchini or rice with chicken breast fillet with 1 tb spoon of uncle bens marrocan sauce.

also i'm going to my aerobics class this evening :D i promised myself i'm going to workout more :)

Remember that eating well doesn't only include eating healthy foods but also eating enough. Your menu seems veeeeeryyyy low calorie today.. Add some almonds or something, if you feel like it. Good fats, fibre, a bit more cals. The essential fatty acids are important to your brain and that way directly to your mood.. :eek:
I don't want you to be sad and moody there, so remember to take good care of yourself! :)

hehe thanx juli...it isn't really low in cals...because i didn't add my coffee + milk intake, plus i always use olive oil when preparing pasta or rice. when i go to sparkpeople it all adds up to a sum of about 1300 cals. it is low for today, but i'll probably have some fruit later in the afternoon or some almonds or something. and with that pasta or rice i will be having tomatoes :) so all in all it will be go up to 1600-1700 cals. still a bit low, but since i had an upset stomach yesterday its better to eat light.
but thank you for being so concerned for me :) its nice to know people care :)

well i had for snack 2 crackers with low fat philadelphia cheese, and one fruit yogurt
and for dinner i ate rice and turkey breast fillet, and soon i'll be on my way to aerobics.

my friends' theory is that i'm moody and feel like crap because i haven't had sex in two months and i know i will in a week and that frustrates me...hmmm maybe there's something to it. they suggested i buy a vibrator just to have a "buddy" to relax me at night. my friends are really hilarious sometimes. but i'm starting to think this is not such a bad idea. i'll definitely need a stress release in budapest lol
 
LMAO!!! Hey girl GO FOR IT!! it's always nice to have friends around the house. HAHHA Even nicer when the BF is willing to play along, HEHEHHE I'm bad, I know, but it's good! :) Your probably right on the MOOD thing, we all go through our monthly mood swings, or at least all the women in my family do. HAHAHA, it will pass I promise. Just do this, while thinking about your hot bf, everytime you go in for a workout (cardio) at the gym, think of him and how bad you want him to think about you and make yourself work extra hard for it. And I do believe that our bodies get used to eating well when we change our lifestyles like you have, and when we have so called SPLURGE days, our bodies go in shock and thus we end up with those bad cramps and stomach aches, some people end up with bad migraines. It's just our bodies way of saying, "UMMM" don't do this to me for to long. :) You have done so well and you eat good when your not having a crazy day, so pick yourself up, look in that mirror and smile. There will be a gorgeous face looking back at you and I know that! ENJOY YOUR DAY and don't stress on the small stuff, it's only a few short days before you get to tap some nice booty!! HEHEHE did I say that?? OH GOSH!! :eek:

you're right i will pick myself up and i will do great. i made you a promise and i will stick to it. i didn't eat much the other day but obviously my body didn't like it. i think i'm finally developing a habit towards healthy food :D yay for me

somoetimes you just need to go with yuor instincts - if you wanna grab the ass - well then grab the ass baby :) and say you like tripped or something and needed to grab onto somethign for balance :D

you're never too young to be a dirty old lady :D I have much to teach you and I must spread this lechery across continents :) european men have been pinching women's behinds for centuries - the tables need to turn a little bit :) a lot a bit :D

It's so important to know that the worm will wriggle off and doesn't really have the power it wants - good for you! Thank you for your post over in my diary. i can only say I AGREE :D i will have a nice friday hopefully. i even might go to a club tonight with my girls. apparently there is a male stripper (dancer he says) on loose tonight :D
i'm calm don't worry.
anyway, i finished most of my work and now i have some translations i need to finish.

yesterday a heard some wonderful compliments on my account. a lady from US, who is senior officer for english language in croatia appointed by US gov told me that she wants me to spread my wings and that this country and this place underestimates my potential, and that if i ever decide to go to US to do some research or study she will give a recommendation. i was very touched by this, especially since this woman saw me maybe 5 times in the last year.
and i'm in much better mood today. i weighed myself. i didn't lose but i didn't gain either, but that is also due to my stomach problems. and did a wonderful workout yesterday - with lots of lunges, deadlifts, upper body workout and legs and situps and such :D

my food for today:
breakfast: dr. oetker muesli with low fat yogurt
snack: coffee and some more of it
lunch: brown rice and two turkey pitas
dinner: something light because of my upset stomach these past few days. probably salad of some sort with cottage cheese or something.

well i'm still recovering from friday night. in the end we didn't see the stripper lol it was too hot so we were in the the open bar ...by open i mean in the open lol :D in the harbour. man i got so drunk...i didin't drink in while so it just got to my head relatevily easy. not to mention i only had tomato and few slices of cheese for dinner. anyway got home around 5am. its sunday and i still feel consequences. but hey you only live once.
today i read about 50 pages of the book i need to review. where did i find the energy, i have no idea.
i binged yesterday. mostly on good stuff. can a person have too much fruit? i ate like half of pineapple and two peaches after dinner for "snack".

i'll post more tomorrow. i'm going for a walk :D

No Lena you cannot binge on fruit. I think I need to try that sometimes because I know its lacking from my diet. Its nice to see somebody else recognizing your potential. I think you've seen it and now other people are too :)
