Missed you, haven't been here in a while!

Hey--I've been pretty naughty lately, too. And I plan on changing that! I feel you on wanting to be told...but I'd feel like a jerk if I "yelled at you". Anyway, much lovbe and support and I believe in you! You CAN do this!

Morning Lena girl!! STOP eating ALL THAT HAM!!!!!! exchange it for turkey or chicken my friend!! You can do it!! It has to start with you!!!! Challenge yourself to stop, make a little packed with yourself, saying you will reward yourself if you can stay away from Ham and chocolate for two weeks, I know you can do it, but do you REALLY BELIEVE in yourself???? GET TO IT GIRL!! Hey, how about if you promise not to eat ham/chocolate for two weeks, I'll promise to drink at least 50 oz of water a day, because I've been slacking int that area myself. What do you say!!! Are you up for it?????? :boxing:

i can promise you that i will not give into unplanned cravings. i do have ice cream planned lol, but it fits into my eating plan one of these days. but i do promise i will try and stay focused and not eat junk for the next two weeks.

Hey Lena, that slacking bug has been going around. Let's all us slackers get back on the wagon together :)

yea we definitely need to get rid of that slacking bug and get our asses going hehe

so my plan today is the following:

breakfast: dr. oetker musli with low fat yogurt
snack: 1 banana
lunch: tuna salad (this time with balsamico dressing)
snack: straweberries and one fruit yogurt /or kefir (type of yogurt that is sour a bit, i love it and is very low in cals)
dinner: i will have turkey breast with green salad, one tomato, 1 cucumber and 1 pepper, some yocca (cottage cheese) and danish white.

so crossing my fingers i make it through today as planned. yesterday i went to my aerobics class...it was incredibly hot yesterday and my entire hair was wet. i was completely covered in sweat. but it was a great workout.
anyways here's to new day with control written all over it!
 
Here's to wet hair!! It takes more effort here now the weather's cooler. I gotta go get some!! :D
 
I did stick to my plan :D except i didn't have the afternoon snack, cause i didn't have time. i came home just in time for dinner.
so today's plan is as following:

breakfast: dr. oetker muesli with low fat yogurt
snack: fruit yogurt drink
lunch: 1 turkey breast marinated in soy sauce with 2 tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber (it was a big one lol) and 1/2 red pepper and 1 green pepper with balsamico
snack: 2 scoops of ice cream
dinner: green pasta/or brown pasta (i don't know which i have at home hehe) and salsa with sea food (shrimps and gamberi)

i also have my salsa today :D and a lot of work, but that is just ok.
again i'm in one of those "i'm motivated" stages, and off course i have all of you to thank. this place is definitely becoming some kind of a shelter for me.
and if the weather continues to be this good this weekend i might go for a swim in our beautiful sea :D
btw i went browsing for two-piece bathing suit, and tina (who is a very candid person) told me i can definitely wear one without being embarrassed. so yay for that. the only thing that does bother me are stretch marks that i have now practically my entire life. but i will buy it today.

i bought the bathing suit :D and when i get my camera back from my brother i will take some pics in it.
also went to salsa and had tons of fun. today i'm having my regular aerobics class :)
and i didn't eat two scoops of ice cream yesterday. didn't feel like having any type of snack. for dinner i had only half serving of pasta (probably about 100 grams of it) and two tb spoons of vegetable bouillon my dad made just to tell him if it tastes good lol and kefir (that type of yogurt i mentioned once)

this is my menu for today:

breakfast: dr. oetker jogurt musli with low fat yogurt, 1 cafe latte with milk and two sweeteners (i always forget to post my coffee lol)
snack: 330 g of fruit yogurt (67 cals per 100 grams)
lunch: 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 green pepper, 3 slices of Gouda cheese and balsamico dressing
snack: kefir and some strawberries and either 1 banana or handful of almonds
dinner: veal with sauteed veggies (carrots, green beans) or with spinach

OH AND I LOST ANOTHER 2lbs :D :D :jump: :jump: yaaaaaaaaaay another 10 and i'll be in onederland

now i'm looking at this 209 lbs on my ticker and i can't believe it. i lost 27 lbs????? and these almost 5 months now have passed so quickly. gotta keep this focus :D

so its finaly friday :) i don't have a lot to do at work today (i'm living some for weekend)
i'm going later to see my niece and then do some grocery shopping even though i planned to go shopping (not groceries lol) but my mom is using her "i'm helpless" act and i have to go grocery shopping with her. relax lena few more months and you'll be a bit free :D

so today's menu:

breakfast: dr. oetker apricot musli and low fat yogurt
snack: 1 banana and coffe with 1 scoop of diet ice cream
lunch: 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 pepper, 3 slices of cheese with balsamico dressing (but my coworker will probably get some of that hehe since she tried it yesterday and loved it so much hehe)
snack: i won't write anything for certain since i'm going at my brother's place so i won't plan a snack today
dinner: minestrone with lentils, wheat, peas, beans, carrots and probably a piece of pancetta or turkey wiener in it

hehe i guess i meant on pest side lol :D where i will be staying and where my campus is...but having few walks in buda part will definitely be therapeutic to me hehe

well i am walking but i'm expressing anger more :D i used to express it on the fridge...i can't anymore so there is always a nice soul who is taking it all like a punching bag.

thanx cerella :D i just came home and had dinner, my dad made the best minestrone, it was veeery yummy :D
at my brother's place i had 1 tomato and cherry fudge :)
i think i did really great today with my food. i will see the calories intake on sunday when i put it all in sparkpeople nutrition.

life is good :D
