dinner was a bowl of beef barley so I think I need to work on my whole diet a bit more. Get some more fiber with the salad and cereal and a bit more fresh veggies.
But right now I feel great I just got back from and hour 1/2 long walk and had a light dinner.
I cant make the gym tonight but might go out for a night walk. we'll see

Im feeling very down today and I need some advice. It always seems like after I weigh in on sat. I have trouble on the scale until tues and then my weight drops down again by wed and I can loose 3 pounds in that week. But sunday Im just so upset with myself. It may be and this next part is

Its that time of the month and will that affect your weight Im almost 100% it will in some way but what can I expect.
Today I had
-small bowl of golden grams
-hotdog
-2 40cal fudge pops one in the afternoon and one after dinner
-190cal soup.
you've barely eaten today, and it's not looking like an overly healthy menu either - what you're eating can have have as much of a factor as what's eating you.
As for TOM weight gain - it happens, and it's going to happen every month for the next few decades... don't worry about it and move on.. Keep track of your weight on a spreadsheet and you'll know exactly what your body is doing and when to expect it but don't stress over it.
If the scale is upsetting you that much - put it away for a while - focus on good eatig habits and exercise and take measurements every week or so and see your progress that way...
you've lost almost 50lbs - you're doing great... focus on the positives...
