breakfast: bowl of special K
Lunch: 200 cl soup
When I got hom around 2 I was really hungry so I grabbed another bowl of cereal.
Dinner:???
 
Make sure you're eating enough. I know it sounds silly, but we can eat too little and then we won't lose weight.
 
haha didn have to worry about that tonight

dinner I had a cup of beef barley soup and a salad

dessert Me and my friends had a campfire with ...... SMORES

its cool though everyone needs a little treat sometimes.

I need to add some more veggies into the mix though and a protine
 
Wow good going! You will need protein for all those muscle you are making. Great lean ones are fish and chicken, just cook then without any added fat

thanx guys I do want to try some fish tonight for dinner any tips on what to get

Breakfat: yogurt
Lunch: soup and a banana
snack: bowl of special K and a banana
snack: a salad with two boiled eggs in it for protien
 
dinner was a bowl of beef barley so I think I need to work on my whole diet a bit more. Get some more fiber with the salad and cereal and a bit more fresh veggies.

But right now I feel great I just got back from and hour 1/2 long walk and had a light dinner.

I cant make the gym tonight but might go out for a night walk. we'll see

Hi! You seem to be super motivated, yay! I invested in one of those brita pitchers(your right, the amount of water we go thru is NUTS) and I love it, its amazing. Makes me happy :)

I must buy another brita filter cause yea im going through water as fast as its coming out of me.

I want to go to the gym tonight but I have hallway decorating for my school's spirit week and since we are SENIORS

Breakfast: bowl of special K
Lunch: bowl of special K 2 hard boiled eggs
snack: apple and peanutbutter
snack: small bowl of special K

Lacks variety thats because I ran out of soup and meals and pretty much everything else in my house
 
You still have to enjoy being a Senior! That sounds like fun - and I'm sure you were up and down the halls. ;)

feel like crap haven't been here in a few days busy busy with school. Im checking in tomorrow morning for sure and recording cause I feel myself slipping and i wont allow it So kick me in the but guys I need to do this tomorrow

Need some help

Im feeling very down today and I need some advice. It always seems like after I weigh in on sat. I have trouble on the scale until tues and then my weight drops down again by wed and I can loose 3 pounds in that week. But sunday Im just so upset with myself. It may be and this next part is

Its that time of the month and will that affect your weight Im almost 100% it will in some way :rolleyes: but what can I expect.

Today I had
-small bowl of golden grams
-hotdog
-2 40cal fudge pops one in the afternoon and one after dinner
-190cal soup.

I feel like crap right now whats going on
 
you've barely eaten today, and it's not looking like an overly healthy menu either - what you're eating can have have as much of a factor as what's eating you.

As for TOM weight gain - it happens, and it's going to happen every month for the next few decades... don't worry about it and move on.. Keep track of your weight on a spreadsheet and you'll know exactly what your body is doing and when to expect it but don't stress over it.


If the scale is upsetting you that much - put it away for a while - focus on good eatig habits and exercise and take measurements every week or so and see your progress that way...

you've lost almost 50lbs - you're doing great... focus on the positives...
