Woohoooo! Since starting this magical journey with you all in August, I have officially lost a fantastic 20 pounds in three months! Despite sickness forcing me to cut down on my workouts, I made sure to keep my diet strictly proportionate to my activity and never be completely inactive (even at my sickest I can still walk!) and its all payed off. So here is my progression from August until now!
Most noticeable of course is the loss of belly fat (hooray!) followed by that slight back fluff going away. Lastly my butt and thighs have started slimming out in the past month! Also interesting to note that my posture seems to have improved, looking at these.... maybe from the yoga? LOL!
But I've gone down, from a size 14 to a size 8! So there you have it! Yay me!
