Latest progress... 20 pounds down! =D

Woohoooo! Since starting this magical journey with you all in August, I have officially lost a fantastic 20 pounds in three months! Despite sickness forcing me to cut down on my workouts, I made sure to keep my diet strictly proportionate to my activity and never be completely inactive (even at my sickest I can still walk!) and its all payed off. So here is my progression from August until now!





Most noticeable of course is the loss of belly fat (hooray!) followed by that slight back fluff going away. Lastly my butt and thighs have started slimming out in the past month! Also interesting to note that my posture seems to have improved, looking at these.... maybe from the yoga? LOL! :D But I've gone down, from a size 14 to a size 8! So there you have it! Yay me!

Great improvement. Well done you should be proud.

* My goal is to loose 20lbs maybe more but I want to bulk after this so im going to see what im like when I have lost 20lbs. I get very worried it will be muscle I loose as I have been lifting for a while to :S
 
Personally, I don't see any difference. I think you are the same great person from August until now. Oh you mean, physically... Well, in that area, I have to give it to you. Your transformation is amazing. Have you noticed more guys checking you out at the gym now? :)
 
That's impressive...just goes to show that sticking to exercise and a good diet will net results. Way to go!
