So I know there are a few challenges out there right now, but I thought Id make another one, for those few stragglers who aren't in a challenge right now and who'd like to be! The challenge is going to be a month long and anyone can join. It will start tommorow (official start date is august 18th) with the inital weigh in and then every monday until September 15th there will be a weekly weigh in. But if you want to start today, more power to you!
This thread is meant for motivation and well...fun! Post whatever you feel like including your challenges, accomplishments, how much you exercised, what you ate, and tips, etc...
My personal goal for the month is to lose 12-15 pounds!
August 17th: around 167
August 25th:
September 1st:
September 8th:
September 15th *Goal is 155*:
Today I have eaten:
Bread pudding *yumm*
No exercise yet, but I am going golfing later and its only 9:45 am

. I think this weigh in was just the usual fluctuation because lately I've been mostly weighing in around 212, BUT geez I cant wait till I weigh in under 210 even on the days I'm retaining/fluctuating. 
Ok, I feel a very slight difference in them. Oh well...I shall keep on because this is for more then weight loss.
