forgot to post yesterday.
Pretty much a cardio day. 45 min on the elliptical, then i went out and practiced my shooting in soccer. I have to save, My shots have come a long way. I actually have power in my shots now. Now i have to get my form down. I can bend the ball but its not consistent enough to go with my aim. In other words, if i got for a corner shot with a certain amount of bend in mind, there's a good chance i'll kick it flat and it'll go wide. But boy does it look good when it works like i want it to!

* Dumbbell Preacher Curl: weight per arm

o 55 lbs x 5

* Bent-Arm barbell Pullover:

* Cable Curl:

o 80 lbs x 5
o 95 lbs x 5

o I don't know if these numbers are right. the pulley says this is the right weight, but every other pulley machine i use is MUCH easier with this same weight, so i'm just putting what i see.
