where are you going on vacation again? Thats very exciting. Trying to talk my hunnie into going to the beach this weekend.... i think that would be sweeeeeet :)


I may need to work the eliptical alot more often now... unfortunately my leg is not getting any better... i fear it might be from the pounding of my feet on the treadmill..... :(

i have grad parties every weekend from now till mid july..and a weddng. i am going to buy a sexy dress for the wedding. if i can lose like 5 more pounds that would be great...who knows its slow going right now for me...which is good and bad

Update of champions

OK guys this is a long one, well i got five mins before lunch so i'll try to squeeze it in. Ok friday. after i posted i went to meet my friend (former college instructor of mine). the yoga lesson was pretty simple, but intense! she is so wonderful, and i swear she doesn't age, she looks beautiful as ever. after that I treated her to lunch and we went back to her place and chatted with her daughter. good times. After that was tennis then hanging with other friends all night until late in the morning. Sat, woke up played tennis, when to check on the ex's cat and went to a wedding reception for one of my co-workers. fun times and another late night. sunday kinda the same. woke up played tennis, went to another wedding and reception. this time it was an old friend from middle school, which had other people from middle school, whcih was nice. i hadn't seen these guys in like 14-15 years, and it was very good to see them!

hit the gym at about 5:15 this morning, a little tired, so i did half hour on elliptical and 2 circuits, instead of three. got in work about 7:30 to play catch-up and here i am now. Weigh today and i was at 270 for a loss of 3 lbs and 60 lbs total! almost halfway to my goal. i am getting compliments all over which is cool, more importantly, 5 DAYS TIL VACATION!!!!!11 still counting down here.

oh and marie, i pretty much stack up the tep aereobics till about 14 high and i jump up and down on them. its pretty high and intimidating, bu its a nice workout! oh yeah i am up to 8 pull ups per set now.

maybe a knee brace? ankle brace??? i dunno what to do.

my ankles are a little sore from a TON of tennis, normally i would just soak and take time off, but since i won't be playing when on vacation IN 5 DAYS
i'm just pushing through, its not a reactive pain, just a general soreness from being worked so much. i'll give the poor ankles a rest soon. maybe you should just rest a little. if it is a reactive pain, meaning it reacts to certain movements i may lay off of it for a minute, unless the brace prevents you from doing that movement at all. even then i would still rest. we are all so excited as we see results and we forget to let our bodies recharge, we go headstrong and never rest. we do need time off. i know i do. i am craving it so much.
 
rest that ankle...ice it..elevate it whateva...take some anti inflamatorys..no sense in overdoing it

i am going to see coldplay tomorrow...i will probably drink beer..its suppose to rain on us...oh well...
 
3 days left!

its getting closer and closer! just 3 days until i have a 9 day break from work and the gym! i am so excited! there are tears of joy flowing! i am soooo burnt out. Habit is what keeps me going. I slept in today so i didn't get up till a little after 6. i only did 45 min on the elliptical, because i am tired! i played two hours of tennis yesterday, that was cool as well. There is nothing at work to eat, so i may have to go grab a protein bar out the car. I am really pushing to finish this week out. its soo close but so far away. I am starving beyond belief now, so i will try to find something to eat or like i said, hit the car.

Oh and karen, a co-worker is going to the same concert tonight. i was thinking about going, but i'm fine with the cd lol.

Wow. Just wow.

I'm doing incline (or is it decline) pull-ups on my total gym. I can manage 2 sets of 15 - but at the slope I am pulling on I am only pulling 100 lbs.

I need to get some real strength training. I hope to get to the rec centre after work today and join up.
 
oh man oh man, just a couple days left and i am outta here! my friend who i am meeting out there is leaving tomorrow, since he has to get fitted for his tux and all for the wedding. i am jealous. I hit the gym and pushed out two circuits. it was painful. man, am i one beaten guy. i am looking forward to the break, so i can come back re-focused, and re-energized! (hahah relly). anywayz... i worked hard and such, i also played tennis where i had the luxury of playing next to the woman who was not only good, but was attractive as ever! haha she had good form, and everything. both in tennis and body, lol. it motivates me more to get nice a fit. i want to look trhat good when i play as well. having ladies oogle over me lol. anywayz. not much going on except of tones of aches and soreness all over. I need to hit karen up and see how coldplay went last night. I was going to go as a co worker offered me free tickets, but i had already made plans.

Cord you'll bee doing pull ups in no time. it doesn't take as long and you would think. anyway. i'm off see you guys in your threads!

Good reading as always Kur you big stud muffin you. Can always pop in here if I want to read some positive outlook on the world and weight loss. Hope you have a blast on the holiday, its well deserved.

The photoshop reference by Kare reminds me. Do you know of any good resources with suggestions on how to make very small (talking 8x8 or 16x16) 2d sprites that still look good/stylish? Not just technical tips but art hints too (if you get my drift)

Something i realized... i can't wait to see how i fit in those tiny seats on the airplane! i'm a lot smaller now so it should be a breeze. my gut is still around a bit, but i know i am tons smaller than when i flew out last november, i may have to update you guys on that when i get there!

oops forgot to respond to that part. you can always make it bigger and scale it down,or use a 1 pixel prush and paint away!

I was actually thinking of taking a digital camera 101 & Photography 101 type of class, as I really love to take photo's and would one day like to sell my Photography/Art in a Gallery and raise charity for this mental disorder. It's one of my goals. ;)

Awesome! you know i was so into this that i forgot that while i'm recovering, its not as much as i am wearing down, so little by little i recover less and less til the point of exhaustion. i know its scary for us, but i think we all should take a break every couple/ few months to reset. we'll see how i am in 13 days. I have a feeling i am going to be out of this world!

So jealous!

So here we are today. You know that vacation i am going on in a couple days? yeah well here's the jealousy part. since there is a wedding on that sunday. and the family is originally from here, all of the ret of the family is going out as well. so it will be an absolute blast! Since plans were as final in feb when i bought the ticket. things got moved around. nothing major, but i am just mad that EVERYONE LEFT TODAY BUT ME. every facebook account of people going are posting that theya re in different cities making their way :( Well everyone only gets there a day early because they all drove, but i would ahve loved road trip. i guess 16 hours vs 1.5 is good for me. you would think new hampshire would be so close, but i think a lot of them are avoiding canada for some reason. You can go down to ohio and through new york at the bottom. or run through canada, which is a straight shot from my part of michigan. maybe no one got passports. canada is roughly 15 min from me so i would definitely take that way. oh well. I just got into work not to long ago. i was up late hanging out, and i only have a couple hours of work to do today before i head out. I am modeling so parts, so i had to sleep in. If i model anything while sleepy it looks like poop. this stuff has to be as accurate as possible, so i slept til 8 and went the gym about nine. and here i am! anyway. relly is sending me ims so i'll see what's up lol. catch you guys laters.
