PHEW!
so i said yesterday that i gave my friend a one week guest pass at the gym. He really wants to go everyday! he says he need a reason to go, and i am a good enough motivation. Sounds awesome! unfortunately the university he attends is an hour from my gym. But as determined as he is, he had us meet at 6 a.m. to get the workout in so he could be at work/school by 8a.m. I am soo sleepy right now, because i went to bed at 2 a.m. (darn street fighter 4!) My circuit training is becoming easier by the day, i was thinking of upgrading to 3 circuits instead of 2, but instead i have been just increasing the weight i use. So my heart is still racing and i am getting worn out to death. Because of the early early gym schedule, i ate maybe 10 min before arriving at the gym. not good. I don't think that was enough time for the food to process to get burned, because that workout sucked me dry. I mean i was shaking and everything. all energy depleted. I assume it kicked at some point, because last time when i didn't eat enough, i barfed (they are not faking it on biggest loser!!), which i know sounds gross, but at least i know i am pushing my body! i've already had my post-workout snack and i think i will nap a little bit before i restart my day. I guess that's one of the good things about downtime (i am a freelance artist) is that i can kinda focus on me a bit more and relax throughout the day. ok time to rummage through my regular threads to dish out some more motivation and encouragement!
