I wish I was one of those people who lose weight when they're ill.
I crave chocolate and sweets....
You never know though, by keeping on top of your eating and doing a little (and I mean a little) exercise you might get better sooner
All those healthy vitamin and mineral filled foods (not wine gums, chocolate caramels and biscuits

EDIT: Think of all those endorphins you'll get from a little exercise too, they'll help with the feeling depressed because of it!
