Wow, nearly 4months since my last post in here....pretty keen to start up again!
So, it's been a busy 4 months or so - since I did my 8.5km fun run, I've been enjoying life a lot - probably too much. I've been seeing this girl for most of the year, but I officially asked her to be my Girl friend about 3 and a half months ago (eh, what guy can ever remember the exact day, right?). Shes a bar tender, which means I've been enjoying many a drink in the last 3months. It also makes it really hard to eat properly, as things tend to get really busy, and its also a fun thing to do - go out and eat.
I've been pretty lucky, as since my run, I've only put on a bit more than 3kg - eating and drinking way to much, so to me thats a pretty good escape.
But all of this changes today! I am determined to get down to 100kgs - I've started up with my herbalife drinks again, doing 2 of those a day and having a healthy meat and veg meal and some good snacks through the day. I'm wanting to get back into the Gym or do some more exercise shortly - this will probably start in the next two weeks.
I've got my birthday coming up next week, so I have to navigate that without eating and drinking tooooo much, but apart from that I can see some big changes happening soon. One of my friends posted a comment on FB today - Your Summer body starts in Winter. Here we go
 
So, birthday week has come and gone - way too much drinking, followed by way too much eating. I'm currently sitting at 111.8 kgs, so I've lost about 2 kg in the past few weeks but I've been pretty average with my eating and no working out at all.

All this is changing! I am setting myself up with a 2 week challenge - I read about this thing that if you do high intensity training 7 days out of 14 (once every 2 days), and eat well then you will see some good results. So I am going to be doing Cross fit for the next 2 weeks as a way back into the gym - I'm wanting to really go hard and lose some weight, but want to get back into good habits.

My goal over the next 5 months is to lost 15% body fat. I was looking at my journal, and I lost slightly more than 15% in 3 months, but I was obviously heavier then, so with doing Hight intensity training and a good diet, I'm guessing naturally it will take me a little bit longer to work it off. I'm sitting at 33% body fat atm, I'd love to be at about 15-17% by Christmas.

So thats the goal - I figure if I get down to there, I'll ALMOST have abs, which is what I'm hoping for.I don't want to get too muscular or anything, just be comfortable to take my shirt off at the beach etc.

Body fat: 15%
Weight: 103

I'll let yas know how the cross fit goes...not looking forward to it haha
