Kez tries again!!!

Smart girl, Kez! 1600 cals is a reasonable, attainable goal. You know you can do it if you want to. Like felici said, you came back here and admitted that you had messed up and that was a HUGE step to take. I know that a lot of people would have just hidden away and not bothered to face their mistake. I'm so proud of you! And you should be proud of yourself.
Now hop back on this wagon!!! You can sit next to me if you want. haha
 
So, I'm not sure if i succeeded in my goal for today-had a home made flapjack in the evening and I've no idea how many cals!! It may have tipped me over, but not by much. So I was around 1600 cals today anyway.

Tomorrow: 1600 cals max again
Go to water aerobics class

I am trying not to think more than one day ahead!
 
Don't get TOO hung up on your cals. I'm sure it wouldn't tip you over too badly. As long as you're still burning more than you're taking it, you're fine. I hope your water aerobics class was great!

Hey everyone!!!

So, I'm still here, just about!!! Have been having some good days, some bad, but hanging in there and now my birthday (Tuesday) and valentine's day are out of the way I feel all refreshed and ready to kick some butt again!!!!!

I'll post properly tomorrow, I hope you are all doing great, and have not given up on me yet!!!!

Total = 1235 calories

Exercise = walk 1 hour

Total burned = 2250

Hi kezzy! I have been offline for a week and a half. I'm not giving up on you, either! You were one of the first people to post in my diary! I'm so glad to see you have your food and exercise straightened out again. I bet you are too! :D
 
Happy belated Kezzy! Just remember two holidays means two presents. One of my best friends has a Valentines Day birthday and her husband knows better than to try only one gift.

Today I have eaten only 1280 calories, and I walked for an hour, so I did well!!!!! Calorie deficit = 970

2 good days in a row (I'm gonna count them, see how many I can get in a row!!! I'll count a good day as one with a calorie deficit of 700 or more)
 
Thanks everyone!! So, I'm gonna post yesterdays stuff now as I didn't have time to yesterday, and I'll post todays later.

Yesterdays food

Melon = 30
Coffee = 7

Lentil curry, with roast veg and rice = 530

Ham and soft cheese sarnies = 350
Melon = 30
Kitkat = 107

Soup = 180

Total = 1234 cals


Exercise = 30 minutes walk, burns 125 cals so:
Total burned = 2125

Calorie deficit = 1234-2125 = -891

Which means . . . 3rd good day in a row!!

I have decided whenever I get 10 good days (calorie deficit 700 or more) in a row I am going to reward myself!!!

My first reward is going to be: a day of a calorie deficit of only 300 (I don't want to actively reward myself with bad food coz I believe that is totally the wrong message, and way of thinking about it, but I think a slightly less good day, but still good, is a good reward/break!!! PLUS (this is even better) the new Norah Jones CD!!! Though I can't afford to buy myself a new CD every 10 days :) I really want this one! So, assuming no slip ups, I'll be buying it next Monday!! (Which is also the day I'll be weighing myself for the first time in weeks eek!!!)
