Well, today was difficult for me, I was very tired, hungry and sorely tempted by naughty foods over and over again, but I did id, I resisted and stuck to all my goals!! (except I don't think I drunk as much water as I should have).

Verdict
Very good, though it was hard!!! And I could have eaten more fruit and veg, and drunk more water. But really, for me on a Sunday, thats a really good day!

2) 1 hour walk
3) 1400 calories
4) Drink lots of water!!
So, I've had lots of time to come on here since I returned, but tommorow my final year research project begins-so time will be precious!! I will still post in my diary every day if at all possible, and will try to keep up with others, but if I suddenly become quieter you know why!!
Tomorrow is also my weigh day. I don't know what to hope for really. I weighed inthe week and appeared to have lost a pound, but since then the scales say I have put it back on, despite being good, well, you know how good I've been, I tell you every day!! I am hoping it was just fluid, and that in the morning I can report at least a piound, hopefully two, down this week.
