Hi I am in need of real advice. So in 2018 I was 260lbs and then I got pregnant and my doctor made me gain weight for my baby and now I'm about 280lbs. Recently I decided to start dieting and exercising but it seems like since the pregnancy its a lot harder for me to lose the weight. But I keep hearing about keto dieting and I was sent a free ebook regarding keto recipes and things anyways i was wondering have anyone tried it and does it really works and before I decide to do the plan is the ebook legit?
