but thought maybe I could get a short boost by going into keto for a week or so.
I've been very low carbs for three days now, do you think its worth waiting out the week or should I just forget it because the results will not be visibly noticeable. I have noticed that my head feels all clogged up and my attention span is much lower right now. I'm not a fan of this low carb thing currently, but I'm willing to give it a week if it's even slightly worth it.

Realworksucks- Spring break I won't have my shirt off too much, maybe in a hot tub a night or two with some chicas, but not too much that I would feel very insecure. I will also be at home for a few days, and would like to maybe impress the family a little bit. I won't be able to stay on the keto for the trip however. If it is just water loss then I would say forget it, I'm looking for the real thing.
Wrangell- I am not really sure what my bf% is. Standing a few feet away from the mirror the outline of the abs is visible, and some cuts on the top can show. I would probably say 12-14%. I'm 5'7 and probably 140-143 lbs, but haven't weighed myself in a while because I don't have a scale, so this is all just guesswork. If I could lose 2 lbs of fat within the week I think it would be worth it.
