I am pretty new to this site but it gives me so much motivation! The stories on here have inspired me so much. I have been trying to lose weight since I was a freshman in highschool. I have competivley swam my whole life and I am very muscular but the problem is that I always ate whatever I wanted...I stopped swimming when I graduated high school and that is when the weight started creeeping up...fast
. I am currently a junior in college and I am really ready to do this. I am currently at 191 pounds...the highest I have ever been is 200.5. My goal is to be down to 120... I am 5'6''. I have been yo-yo dieting forever and I am finally ready to stop messing around and get serious. I have joined weight watchers with my mom who is amazing support. I track what I eat everyday and I also do some kind of workout, whether is is going to the gym or doing a workout dvd. My fiance also has been awesome support. I really just want to feel better about myself. I have very low self esteem and I just want to be comfortable in my skin. This summer I would really like to be strutting around in my sexy bikini.

I really am not ready to go back...it is a lot harder to focus on weightloss when I have school and work everyday..but no excuses! I am going to use any free time I have to workout and be healthy. Well I am going to go get some stuff done but I will post more tonight.
