Down a pound today. First pound down in two weeks (haven't been lifting). Anyway the scale is SO CLOSE to 170! That's unreal!

I'd better start back my body weight routine - wonder if month 2 of it is starting up. I think that sped up my weight loss.
 
Relaxing these days, enjoying compliments and wearing skinny jeans comfortably. Still feasting on veg juice, citrus, boiled eggs, coconut and a little cooked food. Relaxed, energetic and happy. Was 173 on the scale the other day, the needle so close to 170 I couldn't get over it!

Noticing very little metabolic waste from my diet. That means my system is not being overtaxed by eating too much food or the wrong kinds.

Kelly, I haven't read your diary before but it looks like you've been having some great success lately! Congrats!
 
Down a pound today to 172 but having trouble with changing ticker. So great seeing the scale so close to 170. Soon it will be 50 pounds I have lost!
 
Well, I've been enjoying feeling and looking slimmer and been satisfied with being a size 14. Have been taking a break from exercising and varying my diet but still drinking veg juice once a day.

Really thinking about whether I want to tackle the next ten pounds. Exciting to think about a number in the 160s and being a size 12 but daunting as I consider the workouts involved. "It's so haaaarrrd!!!" (Whines)
 
There's nothing wrong with maintaining your current weight for a while, then dealing with the 'next 10' when you're good and ready! Everyone needs a break once in a while :)
 
PLB might be right. Especially if you have an ultimate goal that is going to take a while to get to any way. I hope your mood has been well and you have peace in your life. Continue to take care of yourself, Kelly.

Couldnt agree more! Thats how I go about losing weight, I lose a few kilos than stabilize before I lose again. Working out regularly is easy for me as I love working out. But some weeks are more sociable than other weeks and I believe live is too short be eating salads and drinking water when going out for dinner or on holidays.

Havent posted regularly lately, but Im now at 73.5 kilo, :) Very close to my initial target of 72.5 kg. When I reach, my new target will be 69.9 kg
