I love walking it is fun to do great things to look at breath of fresh air can't go wrong with walking! Maybe when springtime finally sets in permentaley we can do a walking challange such as see how many days we walk out of a month or something like that!
Your doing awesome we are about the same weight well I hope mine went back down to what my ticker says after the weekend before last I gained 3 lbs and I have been stuck at 190 so we'll se what Friday says!

Well I was energized this am. Out of bed at 5, walk at 7. Tonights constitutional turned out to be a good walk. Step/tubing class this morning with four sets of pushups. Ugh.

Today I took my son for his first road test. He failed. But we enjoyed a cone at Dariqueen after anyway. One small cone 141 calories. Exquisite.

Thursday

I am feeling on top of the world today. I DID NOT feel like going gardening this morning but I did, for two hours, and what an accomplishment.

There is so much that I want to do, not enough hours in the day. Gonna take a walk, have a bath, make soup, make cookie dough.

Fitday says gardening burns tons of calories, like 350 an hour, which seems high to me but I guess squatting and walking like a duck will do that. Still, I think I'm gonna knock that down. I don't feel like I burned 650 calories today but who the hell knows???

I need the money so bad.

The scale said 187 today!!! Too much.

By the way, there was no deficit by the end of yesterday.

Feeling blah today. Day of rest yesterday, yet busy with kids. Not much motivation. The swing of things.

So many people on this forum. So much to read. Will get caught up next week. Hope to have another early morning like that.

Not gonna change my ticker yet. I think it dipped down because of the strenuous past few days but its up again, 190 this morning. I'm too tired to care this morning. When I feel better I'll go at it again.

Get some rest and maybe your weight will be back down by monday?? Either way, your doing great, just keep up the good work!

two days off

I'm looking forward to feeling better again. And I know activity is the remedy. I should really go for a walk before it gets dark tonight. Then I can come back here and report that I did it. (I'm committed now).
 
Sometimes you just have to force yourself to do the activity -- then you feel a lot better afterward. Go for it, Kelly!

Kelly as m2m saud we all have blah days - we all experience it and all go through it and sall get tired of exercising all the time - how you are feelign will pass and you will be right back were you where before
 
I was having one of those yesterday; forced myself to take the kids out for an hour. Seeing the sun helped.

I hope you feel better Kelly. :) Just remember, if you're tired, listen to your body.
