Thanks Eldaweesda, I am pretty excited that I've kept myself at a decent weight!

So this morning I weighed in at 119.2. Not bad. I have been weighing between 117.9 and 120 for the past week or so, so I am hoping I stay under 120 from now on. I am making a goal to work out 3-5 days a week, as I am busier than expected unfortunately. My calories are ranging about 1500/day, give or take a couple hundred. I have started tracking my food, exercise, etc. onto an excel sheet to see if I can figure out any patterns. We will see! Off to exercise :).
 
This morning I weighed in at 119.9.......unfortunately I did not eat well today, probably hit about 2000 calories, and I typically like to stay b/w 1400-1600. Oh well! I'll do better tomorrow. I worked out and did 30 min of the elliptical as well as about 15 min of weights. I am hoping to be at my "goal" weight soon!
 
You are doing so well and getting brilliant weightloss. It is great that you are so near to goal.

Dont worry when things go up a little or you have a slightly less angelic day. The main thing is that you dont make a habit of being less than angelic.

I'm sorry that you have been having computer problems and are finding neurology a bit busier than you had anticipated. I hope that you get to see that boyfriend soon - too much work and not enough play is not good for a girl.

I just wanted to pop over here to say that I was so pleased to hear that you have not only got to your goal weight - but you have successfully maintained for a month.

I am in maintenance too - and am running a challenge on ANOTHER DIET FORUM which is kicking off soon where there are weight control points for maintainers and all the normal party games. If you ever miss the old challenges - check out my diary to get a good idea of where to go.

There is a decent section on maintenance over there so there are a few maintainers from here camping out there. You may find it a useful place to know about....

That forum tends to suit me better as it has lots of challenges plus stuff for maintenance. It tends to be more supportive than here... Lots of the old gang hang out there now... :)
