Just did 50 minutes on the bike at the gym (unfortunately again at a moderate pace since I was reading!)

Now off to pack for the weekend....looking forward to some good tasting Mexican food.

Hmm....I should really be studying/thinking about my test tomorrow.....oh well :)
 
Have a great weekend with your boyfriend. You've been working so hard with studying, working and finding the time to exercise you deserve the weekend away.

I love mexican food too. Yummmmmm.
 
Thanks Kimberly and V! I intend to enjoy every bit of the Mexican and my weekend for that matter :).

Food:
Total Cal: 1118 cal--I blame the lack of chocolate chips, otherwise I would've had my yummy treat I anticipated! I guess there's still time to run out hehe
Protein: 54g--bit low
Fiber: 31.95g
Sodium: 2766mg (working on it!!!!)

Total Exercise time: 50 minutes

EDIT: I ate an apple with TONs of peanut butter (I had to!).....I didn't measure the peanut butter as I was too lazy...but I'm sure that upped me about 300+ cal!

Back from my trip to Houston :).

I ate horribly all weekend....went out for Mexican twice, didn't hesitate to get the really fatty queso appetizer.....OOPS. I haven't weighed myself....I will tomorrow and hopefully I didn't gain too much (I did work out one of the days!)

Today I'm back to eating well and exercising! I start my surgery rotation today which is supposed to be kind of awful in terms of hours....waking up around 330-4am and not getting home til late in the evening. Hopefully I'll manage to maintain my exercise and eating!

Anyway, back to work!

Hey, welcome back! Don't worry about what you ate over the weekend, the important thing is that you're back on track today. Any weight gain from the weekend will quickly come off.

We still have to think of a team name. I'm drawing blanks, lol.

Yeah today was okay b/c it was just an orientation, but I'm worried about how late I get off tomorrow.....STILL I will workout :)

Yeah see my trick is I'll gain a ton of weight and then take it all off during the challenges and we'll win!!!!!!! See how sneaky I am :).....haha j/k. I'm hoping it comes off pretty fast!!!!!

I still stink and have not been able to come up with a team name.........ahhhhhhhhh we should just make Brandy do it haha!
 
So today b/c of all the snow my boss let me off work early!!!!!!! However, I was so tired from getting up early that I just passed out for the past two hours. That wont be too good for when I'm trying to sleep at like 10pm tonight! Foodwise I haven't eaten much today.....I hear that's a big problem on this rotation. I'm going to have to pack more food with me to make sure I keep eating while I'm at the hospital. I haven't worked out yet, but I still have a couple hours so hopefully I'll get my butt down to the gym. I'm really hoping my morning weight is better tomorrow!
 
Well I did about 35 minutes on the bike.....some girl was on the elliptical for over an hour even though she KNOWS I use that machine and there's a sign that says "if people are waiting for your machine, please stay on the machine only 25 min" GRRRR oh well! I got some reading done while I was on the bike at least!

Calories were about 1600 today.....I can't seem to stay away from that jar of peanut butter so my fat content is a bit high! I am really looking fwd to these challenges starting Friday as they'll push me to exercise more and make better food choices!

Hey girl... i know i hate when people do that, knowing that your waiting..bitches..lol..you should have asked her nicely when shes geting off..lol..

Thats why i try to stay away from the the peanut butter, i's fine siting in the kitchen, but as soon as i try to get just a little, the jar gets smaller & smaller..lol.. 1600 cal..itnts bad at all!!

Well I would've just stood there :toetap05: and glance at the sign every once in awhile, she would've gotten the hint sooner or later! :D

Been a busy day today, so not on here too long!!!!

Unfortunately weighed in again at 123.4 lbs.....grrrrr!

Ate a bit better, stayed away from peanut butter!

Managed to hit the gym for 45 min: 30 min on elliptical and 15 min strength training for shoulders and biceps!

Not a bad day for how tired/busy I feel!

Hmm...I like the Blue Crew. :) Time is running out..lol

How was your sodium yesterday? That could be the reason for the gain. I was up 2lbs from yesterday--of course, I ate 3,300 cals, too. :biggrinjester:

At my gym I never have to wait for machines. That would drive me nuts. I would've said something to her.
 
Just weighed in: 124.5!!!!!!!!!

BB, my sodium was actually LESS than 2500 the past two days. But, I did just realize that TOM is due in about a day or two. I've never followed patterns on when I retain water, but I SURE HOPE it's a couple days b/f, b/c I have NO IDEA why so much weight is packing on.....I was only bad for two days :(.
