Weigh in today was a gain of 0.3, but i also had a quick look at my measurements and i lost a few cm everywhere so im not concerned. I still feel like im achieving results, even if my weight doesnt reflect that.
The soup went down very very well yesterday. I wasnt hungry at all come the night time, which meant that i consumed like 300 less calories than i normally would. Which is great. Plus with me being so sick lately it gave me such a burst of energy. I know its not surprising but it is different feeling the effect than just knowing th effect of veggies.
Now ive been pretty slack when it comes to my resistance training. Ive pretty much done all cardio with a bit a yoga thrown in. So my plan for today is to get the house clean, and then get right into my cardio.
