Ugh, I know how you feel. I ate a reese's peanut butter cup the other day and didn't include it in my diary. I lied to myself that the reason I didn't put it in was because didn't know how many calories were in there (fun size, not labled for individual sale, Halloween candy) Well I guess just try to remember that whle you may be able to lie to yourself, results don't lie. That's what helps me. Anyway it's good that you're admitting it to yourself so you can have better control over it and so we can help you to not fall off track.
