Day 11
Yesterday was ok earned myself a few stars- so far the system is helping.
I did eat some chips last night but am happy to say it was one of the small packets and it didnt leave me wanting more.
I have been a very all or nothing type when it comes to pretty much everything in life but apparently thats not setting yourself up for success because you're more likely to give up at the first sight of trouble. So Im trying to get out of this mindset and think if theres a whole packet of biscuits there maybe I could eat 1 and then stop.
Definitely not ready to test this out just yet but want to work on this in the future and build up my willpower so that I can be around all foods in the future and feel confident that I control what I eat, I dont want to spend my whole life scared to have a pack of chips or biccies on the cupboard!
Im going to the beach tomorrow for a few days and am so determined not to change what Ive started so plan is tonight after work cook my lunches and dinners and bring snacks so they are ready to go. Sure its an extra bag to bring and cant be bothered being organised but it will be worth it to set myself up for success.
Aims while away- keep writing here before I start my day
- actually eat food I brought rather than getting sucked in by fish and chips ( may have to have a word with my husband before we go, and yes he is at a healthy weight and works out enough that he can eat what he wants to when he wants the bastard)
