Day 30
Ate a few too many treats yesterday but havent done too much damage. Today is a cleaning/ get organised day.
 
Day 31

Same today... Just plodding along eating right and moving....really need to do some more intense exercise though
 
Plodding along may sound boring but it tends to get you to the finish line without accident or injury.
 
Hi Katy, I just joined this past weekend and started reading through entries for some ideas and I LOVE your star idea! I might try to do something similar, but maybe with quarters or something. I really love plants so I was thinking if I save up enough by making good food choices throughout the day, I can use my "reward points" to go get another plant as a little reminder to keep taking care of myself so I can grow and flourish too! (well...hopefully not grow, I hope to shrink, but in good ways ;) ).

Day 32
Yesterday was a good day, treated myself by buying some makeup and shoes that will match my dress for the wedding in a few weeks... So im feeling more comfortable about going now that I have shoes I like yay! Im very fussy with shoes- i hate having sore feet and dont wear heels so it is a real victory to find shoes I like. I made lunches for work yesterday so foods all good just have to get back into some exercise
 
My mom is now 80. I helped her clean out her attic recently...there were 5 boxes of shoes! And she wouldn't let me get rid of any of them! Plus she has at least a hundred pair in her closet.
This could be you Katy...beware!
 
Never fear: the thing about buying only decent shoes is that you never have too many. Plus, of course, if you´re like me you´re so thankful to have found them you wear them out completely before crying hot tears at their burial.
 
I only wear comfortable shoes, Katy & I know how hard it is to find nice ones, as I have size 11 feet. Well done! I usually wear them out too.

Hahahha! That definitely wont be me, I have about 8 pairs and wear them til they are so worn out they have to go..... Bags on the other hand....
 
Day 33
Today was ok, didnt have a proper dinner ate junk because I went straight out after work. Something to prepare for in the future. Determined tomorrow will be a good day!
 
Day 34

I had a fantastic sleep so Im feeling positive today. Two days until weigh in so time to get back on track and include more movement in my day.

Todays goals. Healthy lunch and dinner and exercise after work even if its only going for a short walk
 
Sleep is so awesome. I slept like a baby with a Mohnschnuller and it makes life so much better!
 
Day 36
Weigh in today I was expecting the worst as Ive been pretty complacent this week. Very happy to see I am still 76kg so no loss or gain but have lost a couple of cms off my waist and hips.
Its fairly warm here so seems like a good chance to do some gardening again. I have started the day right with a good breakfast and a walk so will keep the momentum going
 
Well done, Katy! I wish I had a little bit of garden somewhere... but no such luck in the middle of the city of course.
