so... i'm not sure if I should post this with yesterday or today... but it's 1:00 am and I'm eating brocolli and carrots with veggie dip... tons of calories, b/c i just realized that the veggie dip we bought is extremely fattening... but it tastes so good!!! i'll get back on track by Friday, I promise!!!
 
Dont Worry about a little dip Katie, you are doing so well that you deserve something yummy every once in a while. I can only wish I was 137 pounds. Your doing Fantastic.
 
okay... so i only got about 20 min of a nap last night.. spread out over a few little naps.. and i ate a ton of snacky food... had some wheat thins... some more chips, lots of coffee...

breakfast:

lunch: - treat b/c my paper(s) were done!!!

okay... so i know the past few days my diary has looked pretty bleh - and its totally not a good example of how to eat healthy and exercise right... I think that I have kind of given myself a break this week, and so on Friday I'm really going to step it up and go back to my plan...

(slept in late so...)

hehehe... yeah, i go out with a group of girls every Tuesday night for pizza and beer. It is one of those things that I just decided I needed to do... diet or no diet... they have really thin slices of pizza and i try to chose wisely with my toppings... we get two slices for the price of one, made to order, so I stick with veggies instead of the meat...
 
I would love to have a girls night out once a week.... sh** I'd settle for once a month! Maybe one day I will be fortunate enough !
 
Girls Night Out... dream, dream, dream! Enjoy those ladies! And I agree, going out with the girls is important- diet or no diet. I'm just jealous because none of the gals I know can get together that much anymore! Luckily, you guys are always available for a cyber night out!

I havent had a girls night out in lets see my oldest is 8....so I guess 8 years but then Im not a sweet little spring chicken like most of you Im an old Mom. Of course as I lose I feel a little younger. So Im 32 I think I would like to be 20...Lol. You do great Katie. Pizza is fine as long as you dont eat tons, and you seem to make great decisions you can feel good about. Your doing awesome Hon.
 
Julie you are not OLD! you are only 5 years older than me, and one year older than my man. You could so totally go for a girls night out...

as y'all can tell - at my weigh-in this morning it showed I gained weight this week - which I was expecting... i mean, you can't just not pay attention to the food you eat and stop exercising for five days and expect things to remain the same... But I NEEDED that break - so I'm back in action this morning, ready to kick butt!!!

BUT NOW IT's TIME TO LOSE!

I gained a pound as of this morning too, god whats wrong with us...LOL. Oh well we can all do. Anyway Good luck this week Katie. Even though you arent in my group I'll still be poppin in...Have a good day Hon.
 
Everyone needs a break every now and then. Otherwise, life would be so extremely boring. One of the things I like most about losing weight is that losing weight is very forgiving, if you screw up, it always gives you a second chance to try again. GO TEAM 2!!!!!!!!!

if not eat out, make turkey sandwich at home w/ yogurt
