I'm out of milk... and so to save gas, and to make myself get up and go for a run/walk in the morning, i'm just going to run to the grocery store in the morning, and then walk back... it's only a block off of my usual jogging path anyways, and near the end, so that will work perfect. But I also have to get up early enough and do it early enough so that i have it back here before my roommate needs it!
plan for tomorrow:
breakfast: cereal w/ milk, oj
snack: raisins
lunch: wheat bagel w/ hummus, apple
snack: triscuts
dinner: mushroom/barley soup, salad, bread
exercise: running in the morning, lift weights in the pm
note to self: I have been slacking off alot, and spending time that I should be studying online... i'm addicted to the internet! =) I need to spend a bit less time here, and more time working out!!! good plan, huh?
