Hey Katie just wanted to come see how your doing but your Journal was on the second page...Hope your doing well today. Your food looks good by the way, Whats a tuna cake. I love Tuna but never heard of it, it sounds delicious.

basically it's like tuna meatloaf - only in patties... I just got a mix from Zatarains and you basically add two cans of tuna, and you are supposed to add 1/4 cup mayo, but i used fat free yogurt instead... then you fry them up and voila! tuna cakes =)

MMMMMM They sound pretty good. I wonder if you could add fat free mayo. HHHMMM sounds like something else I need to try. Thanx Katie. Hope you have a good day today.

alright... I have two big meals today - one where I am going to a mentors house, and the other is a dinner at the University Club - both bound to be full of calories... so i'm going to do my best with the other meals, eat as healthy as I possibly can what is served to me... and then go and run it all off =)

holy COW!!! did you know that a tootsie roll has 140 calories!!! I think that might be a reason that I wasn't loosing last time we had the challenge... i would have a tootsie roll or two at the office, and thought they were only 30 or so calories... WHEW!!!! no more of that!

140 calories...for how big of one. I too thought they were low in calories. Wow you learn something new everyday. LOL.

I THINK one of the short but fat ones... i went on their website, and it just said tootsie roll - 140 cals...

Hey hun! Sorry I haven't been around too much last few days... real busy though!
I'm soooooooooooo excited for you! You finally are going home for a while!
I hope you have an AWESOME time... and wait till they see how sexy you are!
Girl you have come a long way.... stand proud hun!
KEEP ON THAT DIET!

tootsie rolls are sooooo bad! :(

I sure am glad I hate Tootsie Rolls! You know what I do like though-hershey's chocolate, and one of the little Halloween sized bars is only 90 calories, which is pretty good. That's four squares of Hersheys chocolate. You break them up and savor one at a time and its a nice treat. And you know I'll defend to the death that chocolate is good for your heart!
I'm so excited for you that you get to see your fiance and family! Make sure you get some alone time with your man!

:)
