half of a veggie calzone (400?)

shrimp in curried coconut milk (350) - probably less, didn't eat all of the sauce
baked sweet potato (100)
steamed green beans (35)

Exercise: 30 walk to and from school, 30 minutes walk/jogging on trail, 8 min abs, 8 min buns, 8 min stretch
