english muffin with margerine and homemade jam (205)
Snack:
peanut butter on crackers (200)
coffee with cream/sugar (30)
Lunch:
salad (50)
three cheese tortilini with marinade (200?)
breadstick (140)
Snack:
some baked potato chips (80)
juice (100)
Dinner:
baked sweet potato (120)
tuna patty (tuna, egg, carrot, bread crumbs) (95)
cottage cheese (80)
Total Calories: 1300
Total Water: 32oz... I forgot to refill my water bottle and got busy at the computer all night...
Exercise: 4 sets of rope jumping (my shins are hurting again), 1 set each of upper abs, lower abs, pushups, plie squats.
