Hello all. Or just hello to myself, dont know how many are going to read this. Im Kate, my username is just a product of stupidity.

14 years old, 5'8'', and 172 pounds.
I think its about time I get off of my ass and do some running.

In 7th grade I weighed 209, and now in 9th, I weigh 172. I dont feel proud of that weight loss, seeing as how I didnt try THAT hard to lose weight, and can barely notice a change.

Im aiming for 140 by the end of summer.
School ends June 18th, so Im starting now to prepare myself for the summer workouts. (And my mom might sign me up for kickboxing, looking forward to that!)

September 3rd is when school resumes, so I have about 3 and a half months to drop 32 pounds. :willy_nilly:

Anyways, disregarding that goal, I have a new diet and exercise plan for myself.

Diet- Ummm... no unhealthy crap. No red meats. Lots of water..?
My diet needs some work.

Exercise- Exercise ball, I have a book that tells me what to do.
Treadmill, morning and night. (at least in the morning.)

I figure I have about a month to improve on running, seeing as how its difficult for me to even run for 2 minutes. (Not to mention I sound like a damn horse) So once summer comes, Ill have my ass in gear and ready for some good workouts.

My goal by the time school starts? To piss off my friend that keeps making snide remarks about my weight to me. Yes, she is a good friend, just a little cocky.
Sadly, that is one of my greatest motivations.

I also want to be able to fit into my sisters clothes and start stealing them. xD Or maybe just get some new clothes of my own.

Also, a new haircut, but only because its lookin a little shaggy at the moment.

Laslty, reach 140lbs, or pretty close to it. Im not picky. :blush5:

*I changed the weigh ins to every Tuesday.

Okay, lets review what I ate today~

Breakfast- Wheat bread and butter.
Snack- 2 cheese sticks, 1 yogurt. (hopefully it was low fat) :piggy:
Dinner- Salad w/ almonds-croutons-carrots.

I slept most of the day, so thats why I didnt eat all that much. xD
Ughhh, my mom made pork for dinner. -drools down shirt-
When I said I didnt want any, she got offended. It was kinda funny to be honest. I HAVE WILL POWER?!


Im gonna run in the morning, Ive got homeowrk to do right now.


Im also feeling slightly weak, I hope its because of lack of food and not because of what Im eating.
Itll be hard to not eat any meat if I feel like shit all the time. :willy_nilly:
 
Hello diary!

I woke up at 5:00am so I could jog on the treadmill and get some homework done(yes, my homework always gets done on monday morning.)

Diary, you are going to fill up quite quickly, seeing as how this site will ween me off of the other website I go on, which I was becoming quite addicted to.
Might as well be addicted to a healthy website, right? :coolgleamA:

Ill tell you how my run goes in a hour or so! :D

Well, probably more than an hour.

Figure I should do my homework first since its 5am, then maybe jog at around 6am as to not wake up my mom and sister.

.. Did I mention I sound like a damn horse when I jog?
 
P.S. I LOVE THIS WEBSITE!

So encouraging! Even if my diary is only posted in by me the whole time its being written in, I couldnt care less. Im just glad that everyone here is a great inspiration.

Okay.. time for homework now.

Ha. Ill probably end up talking to myself all the time in here. xD
 
Ughhh. I did an automatic workout thing on the treadmill. It was 30minutes long, but I only did 17minutes. It was mostly walking at incline at a fast speed.

Anyways, before I got on the treadmill, I took this pill thingy.
It was called the vegetarian supplement or something(my mom told me to take it since Im trying to cut meat out of my diet.)

So, after dying on the treadmill for 17minutes, or probably just getting a workout, I got off.

You know what happens? I feel like Im going to hurl everywhere. I know its the pill, because this has never happened before, and I can still taste the damned thing in the back of my throat. (it tastes like shit)

So, I got a cheesestick and I feel slightly better.

Conclusion: Pill will be taken BEFORE DINNER.

NEVER EAT IT BEFORE EXERCISE!

I know you said yesterday you slept most of the days, but I REALLY hope on a normal day you are eating MUCH more!! The nutrition stickies have some great info. :)

OH YES~

What Ive eaten so far today.

Breakfast- Nothing, I was in a hurry for the bus.
Lunch- Orange, 1/3 cup craisins.
Snack- 1 can tuna w/ cheese. And, of course, a cheesestick.

Dinner- Didnt have one yet.

Summary of what just happened: :argue:

Okay, so my mom wanted me to goto Costco with her. First off, I have come to hate Costco due to our frequent visits their. Secondly, I just got home from school, and I dont feel like going. I was gone for more than SIX HOURS at school. She couldnt have gone then, but waits for us to get home then ask if we want to go? Hell no, I dont want to be her pack mule.

So, here comes the funny part. My sister and I both politely decline her offer to goto Costco with her, but she still assumes we're going. So, when my sister and I argue about whos going and whatnot, my mom overhears and yells, "YOU KNOW WHAT? IM NOT GOING TO BEG, ILL GO BY MYSELF!" This usually prompts one of us to run and go with her, but we were pretty satisfied with that conclusion.

A few seconds after that was stated, she goes on to say, "YOU KNOW WHAT, IM NOT GOING TO GET ANYTHING FOR YOU GUYS SINCE YOU CANT EVEN DO ME A SIMPLE FAVOR!", we both stay silent, thinking she would leave after this was said. But nooooo. She has to repeat herself and yell at us even more viciously. It was kinda funny to be honest, since noone was replying and it seemed like she was yelling at herself the whole time.

Ohhhh yay. Cant wait till she gets home!

P.S. My piss was neon yellow from that diet pill I took. IM GOIN RADIOACTIVE, GUYS!
 
For the record -you're face isn't ugly, missy -so we'll have none of that talk... :) ya gotta work on more smiling and less scowling...and really pretty up that face but it'snot ugly by any stretch ;)

Ahhhhh. :ack2:

20 minutes - 1 mile on treadmill.
I fast walked most of it(at incline! Im not that lazy!)

Anyways, its a 30minute automatic workout thing so I guess Ill stick with that for a week or so longer, then move onto something else.

My calves are already a little less flabby. :coolgleamA:

Nothing else is less flabby, but its a start. xD

you can be Sillywilly -the gorgeous toxic weight loss avenger -a new breed of superhero - able to jump cupcakes in a single bound or somehting like that :D

Its so nice that people are being generous now that Im trying to loose weight! xD

OH. AND MY DINNER FOR TONIGHT~
Salad-croutons-almond slices-light caesar dressing (medium salad)
Bout 1/3 cup rice.
A little bit of pork. (I couldn't refuse any longer! D: )

Well, I didnt take a nap today. -gasp-

Im usually sleeping for about 2 hours once I get home from school, but instead, I went on the treadmill then took a shower. :ack2:

So, Im gonna take that vege shit pill with some tea then head off to bed. MY USUAL BED TIME IS 11:30-1:00AM! But, Im dead ass tired right now. :willy_nilly:

Figure I might as well get some rest then wake up at 5 again and finish some homework and go on the treadmill. Ill probably fit in some exercise ball too.

Doggy,

I am starting the "couch to 5k" running program. I figure Ill do that in the mornings, every day of the week, then just use the exercise ball at night.
Not even sure if Ill be able to do the first week workout, but who knows.

OH, and I woke up at 4:50am to the sound of chirping birds.
Yay.

there's no rule that says you can't extend out the time it takes -if you have to spend a few days on day one - then you can.. :D

Pace yourself and don't overedo it..

Exercise for morning: 5k workout 1.
20 minutes, skipped the last two running times because of side cramp. Owww.
Trying to run through them didnt help much either.
 
I found the website that has a little chart thingy that tells me what to do.

I also dont know how to download anymore songs onto my IPod. Thats awfully depressing. D:

Well, I oughta get going. I need to make my breakfast, get dressed, and clean my room. :willy_nilly:
