Lunch- 1/2 cup baby carrots. 1 cheese stick. 18 pretzels. 1 1/4 cup kix-

Snack- Less than 3/4 cup brown rice. I figured that would make up for the fake butter&soy sauce. -

Im also enjoying a diet root beer right now. Yummmm. Zerooo calories. (One can only imagine what chemicals are in it!)
Dinner- 1 1/2 cup tomato soup(150). 1/3 cup shredded cheese(110), 1Tbs sunflower seeds. (47 calories)-

My arms are sore from the stretching yesterday. Owww.
Im going to start counting calories. Yay me.
Ive already made a list of everything I eat in my house and how many calories per serving, so Ill look over it before I eat a meal. Im going to try to have 5 meals a day, 300 calories each. I think Ill just map out what Ill eat each day, so then I wont have to worry.
Breakfast- 9:30 300 calories
Snack- 12:30 150 calories
Lunch- 2:30 300 calories
Snack- 4:30 150 calories
Dinner- 6:30 300 calories
Yay! Its just like a school scheduel all over again!
Im going to have 1200 calories each day, or very close to it.
I think Ill ask my mom to get me a fod scale so Ill be more accurate. Hmmmmm.
