karky! (or anyone else)

Got a question about power cleans, I read your journal and it says you can do like 225 a few times, Just wondering how you got it up so high? I'm really struggleing with them. I can bench 225x10 times and 285 once (as of a few weeks back) but I struggle to get 185 like once or 2 times on power clean. I deadlift 410+ and squat like 320... How can I get my power clean up? It's really bothering me.
 
Well, i put (or anyone else) becuase I just had karky in mind, because i remember he could powerclean alot. Ill search now.. thanks.

Look at the other power clean thread that's going on. It details the same answer you're looking for.
 
and its kinda clear that if your strong at other lifts, yet weak at power cleans, you have to either get your form right or just practice more :]
