Got a question about power cleans, I read your journal and it says you can do like 225 a few times, Just wondering how you got it up so high? I'm really struggleing with them. I can bench 225x10 times and 285 once (as of a few weeks back) but I struggle to get 185 like once or 2 times on power clean. I deadlift 410+ and squat like 320... How can I get my power clean up? It's really bothering me.
