60 minutes at one stretch. It is like, my mind is yelling to stop, for apparently no reason at all. I keep going. When I finish, my mind is happy that I went through. What the fuck?, I hate how my mind works. It sucks.

Update 2,

Remaining 1 hour of jump rope, done.

Update 3,

Extra 1 hour of jump rope done. I just felt like doing it. So.

Thanks for reading.

60 minutes at one stretch. First session is always the lazy to brisk transition and it is not easy. I am fighting for this shit everyday. I should, or it will just plain put me down.

Update 2,

Remaining one hour of jump rope, done.

Update 3,

Extra one hour of jump rope done.

Thanks for reading.

That is a downer. 30 minute and I am finding it hard to do it physically. Something is wrong. Maybe I am tired. I had a good night of sleep. I don't know what is happening. Will start again in a while.

Update 2,

Did 3 sessions of half hour workouts consecutively, spread out throughout the evening till night.

Thanks for reading.

It looks like you've found your niche for exercise. Your calves must be like diamonds at this point. Keep up the great work man!

4th Week, Day 1,

180 minutes of jump rope done so far.

60 minutes at one stretch. Was a bit slow and distracted but picked it up really heavily in the second half of the hour.

On a different but relevant note, I am emotionally drained. I just am not relating it with the workout sessions. I am thinking it might enhance my performance at this. I am not depressed but feeling a lot more anxious. The coming sessions could get really intense with this dull mindset. I don't know.

Update 2,

Remaining one hour of jump rope for the day, done.

Update 3,

Extra one hour of jump rope done.

Thanks for reading...

60 minutes of jump rope done in two sessions. Surprisingly, it was not so intense/heavy as it used to be. Maybe I am getting used to this. I will increase the stakes in the coming days.

Update 2,

Remaining one hour of jump rope, done.

60 minutes at one stretch. Good but heavy. I am confused at the varying intensities of these (same) sessions. One time, am in awesome form till the end, another time, am feeling it is heavy and intense, I really don't know what is happening here. Anyways, that was a decent session.

Update 2,

Remaining one hour of jump rope for the day, done.

I am thinking about starting a body-weight workout routine. (while still doing these cardio sessions).

I am really really thinking about this. I can just continue doing this jump rope shit for days together. It is fun as well. I just am confused. Just for the record, am not gonna stop jump rope workouts but am just seriously thinking of annexing this to my workouts. If am to start this, I cannot give this much thought nor brood for hours together as I already have enough guilt putting too much energy and mind on the jump rope workout sessions.

So here we go, the body weight routine is from startbodyweight.com formerly known as bodyweight666,
The routine suggested by the guy in the website is pretty solid and simple, I don't have to learn separate routines or split workout stuffs, Here it is,

What do I do??... Am so damn confused.
