Day 3,

120 minutes of jump rope done so far.

was jumping while watching ray Donovan. :D, really made it easy and I did not notice the time.
Am just starting to watch it. This is only during the workout timing, just to ease things up.
My workout is intense and hardcore, but I just get to enjoy the show at the same time. :D

Day 4,

60 minutes of jump rope done so far,

am just not feeling all that great today, digestion is at a low so, not feeling all that brisk. Good workout for an hour though.
Am getting a feeling more and more that this has to be done in the morning and all at once. I am gonna give it some time to sit into my day to day schedule properly.
Will update if I do the other 60 by the end of the day.

Okay, trying to get back on track with the workout with the jump rope like before. Aiming at 2/hrs per day or more as I have already hit a plateau of some sort or I think I am doing moderate jump rope workout only so it is not going to be that heavy on me. So, I have done an hour a day for two days so far. Feeling tired as am not getting enough sleep (Today I will). So, that's it. Once I get the work out right I will automatically eat right (I am already). Okay, I would like to register the workout sessions after completion of each one of them, here in my journal like before. It was useful and motivating. My signature will show the performance/

Okay, see you after the next workout session. Thanks for reading.

Welcome back Kal-el! I'm running on fumes today myself. Sleep is awesome unless you don't get enough.

Okay, I have been working out jump rope and I have put that on my signature.

Monday - 1 hr,
Tuesday - 1 hr,
Wednesday - 31 minutes, 40 minutes in the swimming pool,
Thursday - 30 minutes so far, 40 minutes in the swimming pool.

Now I have to look forward to increasing the count and do some standard cardio. Feel better now.

Workout session update for 12th December 2014,

Session 1 : 25 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

I warmed up really quickly like in 3 minutes or so and before I knew, I was pushing myself heavily at the tenth minute. Around the 20th minutes I was fully drenched and at 25 I felt like I have hit a new high in pushing myself with the jump rope. Really really really intense and heavy. I need to do workouts in this pace, heavy and intense. I have to do this as a one hour session from here on, really close to the stopwatch and counting every second before starting the next set. Nice. I feel refreshed now. Will try to hit the 2 hour mark some how. If not, that is okay, am not gonna drop out.

Session 2 : 22 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Really intense like the 1st session. Feeling really great and really alert and fresh.

so far, 55 minutes, and am saying to myself "lengthier sessions kal-el, lengthier sessions!!!"

--------------------------------

Created another beeminder page for my workout session, as the accountability factor is bad already. Numbers are random. So, I had to create that goal page.

Here it is,

graph

The beeminder chart has 2 hrs per day as the goal specification. It is blue bordered as of now and is counting down 2 days 1 minute and 30 seconds...I have to keep updating this chart and keep it in the green zone for it to be a decent track record.
That blue line in the middle of the chart would be my target for keeping it real and in tact, hope to touch that line atleast this time, last time I fell short and fell off the wagon before. Will post my numbers together with chart from here on as it is a good form of accountability and I respect it to some extant.

Session 3 : 65 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Finally touched two hours per day after 5 days of jumping,,, he he...

Update for 14th December 2014 (delayed),

Only 35 minutes of Jump rope done for the whole day.

Okay, one week of jumping completed but not to my satisfaction. I was aiming at 840 minuted per week and the follow is what I did.

The beeminder chart turned yellow, which means I only got two days to catch up with the lost numbers. (2hrs per day)

graph

That is it. Let me see what I can do today(15th of December 2014).

Update for 16th December 2014,

Felt bad for skipping a day, but that is okay, picked it up today. Will try my best to not skip but more than that, promise to not fall off the wagon.

Okay, here's the stuff,

I wanted to register this here so that I myself do not forget this in the future. Working out, especially cardio, and specifically the jump rope, is like a will power machine and the best anti-depressant there is. I have to stop stopping to jump and do this every single day and that too the intended count. Doing this I feel energized, able to do my daily work really neatly and I am feeling satisfied that am making the best effort there is towards my health and ofcourse, weight loss.

I should not watch this activity too closely and if I miss a day or so, it shouldn't matter a lot or it should not stop me from taking it from the very next day.
But I do am trying to make this activity a scheduled one, so that I do the jumping without consciously putting effort to keep the track record or do it properly or some shit which really doesn't matter. I have to make it second nature. Something I do on a time allotted to it. Everyday, that is how i get to win this, if not am just going round n round n round, complaining that I do not have the will-power to continue properly, or am messing up with the intensity or some other reason which will put me down, stress me up and drive me to my worst and make myself stop this. This shouldn't happen.

So, working towards the "Doing Jump rope in a properly allotted time, everyday, without thinking more on it before and after it".

Will come back tomorrow,,, :D

Okay,

I am sorry for doing this time and again, I am picking up back from where I left off before four months. I have tried doing some body weight workout but that ended badly. I am trying to get back on track with the cardio now. I have been doing cycling for the past week or so. Very intense workout but it takes too much time. I am getting back to jump rope workouts. the usual 2hrs per day which I wanted to get back to. Am gonna give it another shot.

As usual, I created a Beeminder page and what not.

This might sound a bit repetitive but am trying to get back on track with the jump rope. This time am gonna make it a 180 day challenge.

So, it has been two days - yesterday and today and I did 54 minutes on day 1 and 30 minutes so far for today, which is day 2.

I have to try and reach the intended goal of 2 hrs / day.

I gotta say this, WITHOUT REGISTERING IT ANYWHERE am really finding it hard to keep up, I am finding it hard to overcome my laziness to do this, time just drifts off. I want to register my progress somewhere, I want to put this out here. This has twofold usage- 1. It is extremely therapeutic and takes the edge off of me and saves me from a depressing mindset, 2. it gives me a sense of consistency and achievement and neatness.

So, i am back here in my profile and try my best to not fall off the wagon this time around.

a 5 minute gap

Session 3 : 50 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

hey kaplooie, thanks for dropping by. I have had lots of failed attempts at starting this. This time, am hopin on taking it up slowly and consistency would be my final goal. Am taking a break for today and tomorrow, if needed.

Workout session update for 15th May 2015,

Session 1 : 20 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Did this one outdoors. Was quick but there was no air circulation in the spot I did this, so I had to stop as I got drenched with sweat. Will try and start again soon for another session or two and complete this. If I can, that is.

Session 2 : 20 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Workout session update for 16th May 2015,

Session 1 : 30 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Very low on my motivation, but am just thinking of logging in the time early in the day, because as night approaches am loosing motivation totally, feeling let down, feeling stressful that am not finishing my daily quota for this. So..

Session 2 : 30 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Did this after a twenty minutes break, felt like going for it, so I did. Total is at 60 minutes. I hope to get another 60 in before the day ends. Let me see what I can do...

Session 3 : 60 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Total of 120 minutes.

2 hrs/day target met for the day.

Workout session update for 17th May 2015,

Session 1 : 60 minutes of Jump rope done so far.

Did this at the end of the day. I should really care what am eating and when am eating. Am eating good/weight-loss friendly and healthy as well but I gotta see if am well hydrated for that meal. I fucked up yesterday by having a meal between workouts. Really took a toll on me today, gave me a nasty headache which went away only in the evening. I was still feeling weak, but I guess that is my mind wanting to quit having the reason (headache) readily available. I did a 60 minute workout, felt really refreshing and energetic and good. I have one more hour to go for the daily goal of 2hrs. Let me see.
