Update for 16th December 2014,
Session 1 : 25 minutes of Jump Rope done.
Session 2 : 60 minutes of Jump Rope done.
Felt bad for skipping a day, but that is okay, picked it up today. Will try my best to not skip but more than that, promise to not fall off the wagon.
Okay, here's the stuff,
I wanted to register this here so that I myself do not forget this in the future. Working out, especially cardio, and specifically the jump rope, is like a will power machine and the best anti-depressant there is. I have to stop stopping to jump and do this every single day and that too the intended count. Doing this I feel energized, able to do my daily work really neatly and I am feeling satisfied that am making the best effort there is towards my health and ofcourse, weight loss.
I should not watch this activity too closely and if I miss a day or so, it shouldn't matter a lot or it should not stop me from taking it from the very next day.
But I do am trying to make this activity a scheduled one, so that I do the jumping without consciously putting effort to keep the track record or do it properly or some shit which really doesn't matter. I have to make it second nature. Something I do on a time allotted to it. Everyday, that is how i get to win this, if not am just going round n round n round, complaining that I do not have the will-power to continue properly, or am messing up with the intensity or some other reason which will put me down, stress me up and drive me to my worst and make myself stop this. This shouldn't happen.
So, working towards the "Doing Jump rope in a properly allotted time, everyday, without thinking more on it before and after it".
Will come back tomorrow,,,
