Ok so I had to do some MAJOR damage control today. It's day off diet day so I wanted pancakes---I checked the McDonald's nutrition site and read what I thought was the calorie count (300) and said Yippee! Here I come, so I went and got them, ate them, thought boy they're not as good as I remember, and went to put the calories in my fitday account....that's when I found my MAJOR mistake. I didn't read the nutrition site correctly--what I ate was 770 calories!!!!! Oh %$^&!!!! 770 calories (300 from fat!!!) and it didn't even taste good. That sucks. So I went to the gym and exercised until my legs felt like hot jello. I burned off 600 of those 770 calories--I just hope that I did enough so that I don't mess up my diet.
Ugh!!!
