Well Staff Development Day #2 was pretty good, the time went by pretty fast and the principal cleaned out a closet and all the teachers got to fight over a crap load of supplies--it was fun! I got a lot of stuff. :)

Exercises for today were pretty quick. It was getting late so we did a quick 20 minutes. I still managed 75 calories (2.83 miles) on the bike and 75 sit-ups.

I'm sleepy.
 
Sounds like a good day; I'm pretty tired too. I'm taking tomorrow off for exercise. Well, I'll still do my sit-ups though!!
 
Wow, you are really kickin a$$ with those sit-ups! It took me 2 months to do 5000 and you're already at 1250--Congratulations!

Hello everyone! It's been two days since I posted, I was lazy yesterday and therefore felt to guilty to come and admit that I was a bum and didn't got to the gym on Wednesday or Thursday. I did do some last ditch exercise last night at home...50 sit-ups and a 15 minute walk. But today I can happily admit that I spent an hour and forty minutes at the gym!

Exercises for today:

8.25 miles on the bike (250 calories)
175 sit-ups
60 rotary torsos
80 abductions
80 adductions
60 leg presses

Doesn't really sound like a lot when you put it down here, but I'm pooped.

So tomorrow is weigh-in day for John and me (the official GNC weigh in that is) and I've been level at 171.5 all week--TOM and all so that's a good thing. The bad news is my two days of lazyiess and a whole crap load of goldfish crackers, cashews, and pistachio nuts may be why I've been at 171.5 for so long. (eek!) I've just gotta get refocused, I seriously told myself to get to the gym yesterday and I just couldn't get my fat ass off the couch...that was bad. I really do want to be a skinny minny, I like the way my body is feeling (and looking) as it's getting smaller.

Ok, here's hopin' tomorrow! :)

Well, if it makes you feel better I havn't been to the gym in like...a month. and I have a shoe fetish and I've admired you avitar since I found this site...lol!
