Hello everyone! It's been two days since I posted, I was lazy yesterday and therefore felt to guilty to come and admit that I was a bum and didn't got to the gym on Wednesday or Thursday. I did do some last ditch exercise last night at home...50 sit-ups and a 15 minute walk. But today I can happily admit that I spent an hour and forty minutes at the gym!
Exercises for today:
8.25 miles on the bike (250 calories)
175 sit-ups
60 rotary torsos
80 abductions
80 adductions
60 leg presses
Doesn't really sound like a lot when you put it down here, but I'm pooped.
So tomorrow is weigh-in day for John and me (the official GNC weigh in that is) and I've been level at 171.5 all week--TOM and all so that's a good thing. The bad news is my two days of lazyiess and a whole crap load of goldfish crackers, cashews, and pistachio nuts may be why I've been at 171.5 for so long. (eek!) I've just gotta get refocused, I seriously told myself to get to the gym yesterday and I just couldn't get my fat ass off the couch...that was bad. I really do want to be a skinny minny, I like the way my body is feeling (and looking) as it's getting smaller.
