Ok my exercises for today:

170 sit-ups (yes, 5000 done!!)
150 torso twists
30 chest presses
30 bicep curls
30 compound row
30 overhead presses
30 leg lifts

I'm tired!!

Good for you! 5000? That is awesome! You are doing phenominal! Heck after reading your exercise report I'm tired! Keep up the great work!
 
OK so for a day or two I've had a headache and curiously my Vitamin A intake has been really high for about two weeks now. I've read up and it is possible to overdose on Vitamin A and the symptoms are headaches, tiredness etc... so I'm going to lay off my vitamin for a while to see if the headaches will go away.

Work was ok, I really need to make sure that I'm not a part of the gossip wheel that is spinning uncontrollably throughout the school. Whenchy woman is making alot of enemies already, I get a bit of satisfaction to hear that and yet feel really uncomfortable when the other teachers come up to me and ask me 'what's wrong with her?' because I fall into the trap of talking smack about her. I don't want to do that. I want to keep my reputation as a caring person, hard-worker, and great teacher---I don't want to be known as the gossip.

Anyway....I've had a hankerin' for a chocolate kreme filled donut from dunkin donuts for a couple days and it was beginning to fill every thought in my brain so I gave my body what it wanted. It was so freakin' good. Yummy chocolate creme!!! I'm still low on the calories 1218 because I had a salad for dinner and I exercised off most of those 270 calories. So I probably won't see a loss tomorrow on the scale but that's ok.....that donut was worth it. :)

*gasp* I skipped my sit-ups today!!!

i can't believe you do so many situps - i'm going to try some this weekend and see what i can do :D

and re the gossip - someone here posted that great quote (i think it was mal) 'great minds discuss great ideas, average minds discuss events, small minds discuss other people'. you should make a sign of it and stick it up in the staff room :D
 
5000 man that's impressive. Have fun being her mentor--make sure she has all the proper goals and standards in her lesson plans ;-)

I thought I wouldn't get sick so often this year since I'm taking vitamins and I've been around the crazy germy kids for so long.

Oh no, try not to go to far off track with the weightloss - i know how easy it is when you get sick. Ive been lucky so far *touch wood*.

Wishes---I'm hoping that it's not a bad cold. I've been taking Advil and eating my normal meals (although I did just have a cup of soup), all in all though I think I'll definately be under 1500 calories--which is still a great number for weight-loss.
 
Even though I'm sick I still went to the gym.
