Hey Everybody!

It's been another busy weekend....I can't remember the last time John and I actually stayed at home on a Saturday or Sunday---it's crazy! This afternoon the entire family is going to Titi Gloria's house for dinner, I'm not wild about this for two reasons. 1. All the nephews and nieces will be there, eek! 2. I hate making pleasant conversation.

Anyway, eating wise this weekend hasn't been horrible (no 1400 calorie hamburgers) but it's definately been on the 1600-1700 calorie range. Back to work again on Monday I suppose. We're going to take the dog for a walk in a little while so that's something. :)

John weighed in at 449 so that's 5 pounds less than last time. We're totally giving up on the Lean Cuisines, I totally think they're making us hold water weight. John's so big he should be dropping more than 5 pounds in two weeks time.

Anyway...all's good here in good ol' Jersey! Have a great week everybody!
 
Hooray for the hubby! As for the Lean Cuisines...I believe they are too, they are PACKED with sodium. EVIL I tell ya, EVIL. Try not to go nuts with all the nieces and nephews. :D

I've given up on the lean cuisines too...I made supper last night, and made enough so I have 3 ready to heat lunches in the freezer now. Yummy!

Yeah a lot of that kind of stuff is. Try having a coffee in the morning to purge the unwanted water weight.

i would be happy with 2-3lb a week at his weight - slow and steady keeps it off.
 
Hi Kaitie!! Sorry I haven't stopped in before- I uh, took a small sebatical :rolleyes: but annnnyyyways, you and your husband seem to be doin a pretty good job- keep it up, and I hope to hear more freakishly awesome stuff from ya!!
 
Hi everybody! Today was pretty good, I swear my collegue was drunk or high or something---she was just acting really weird. My principal wants me to start up this Drum club so she let me order $10,000 worth of equipment....now I'm wondering---ok, where the hell am I going to keep all this equipment! 10 snare drums, 4 bass drums, 4 quads, stands for each! plus cymbals, sticks, and mallets. I'm a little concerned. Don't get me wrong, I'm really excited about the group but boy, the room is already packed with instruments, music stands, 25 keyboard stations and 50 chairs. Eeek!!

Exercises were ok, my arm was hurting when I tried to do my sit-ups--it was really weird. Anyway,

152 calories on the bike (5 miles I think)
50 sit-ups
60 rotary torsos
30 leg lifts
60 abductions
30 adductions
60 sitting leg presses

I was down to 173.5 today--so that's a full 30 pounds less of me! Weehee!
 
30 pounds down????That is "TOTALLY AWSOME" (in my best valley girl voice!):D Katie BUg yu are doing so great.... and so is the hubby..... and like everyone else said slow and steady wins the race!!!!! have a great night girl see ya on the flip side!!!! STAr
 
Keep up the good work Katie! I also nixed the lean cuisines. Way too much sodium. I was only eating them maybe two or three times a week but it was still getting to me. When I quit relying on them for a healthy serving size I aquired wrist bones...lol. now I can't stop looking at my wrists and thats pay off enough.
