Did really good yesterday, ate really well with in my calorie limit, excersised my tush off for 30 minutes, go me! I'm really gonna try to do good this week. I think I was getting a little ahead of myself because I no longer feel the need to hide in big t-shirts and sweat clothes but I still have a long way to go, I need to keep that in mind. I so do not look good in a half t-shirt yet, lol and I don't plan on stopping until I do. :D
 
We can do it!!

I've been rather bummed lately because I can't wear my sweatshirts and sweaters anymore. I like to hide my jellybelly. It's just getting too hot, but luckily there are still cold days in San Francisco, so I get to cheat.

I'm not ready to wear form fitting clothes yet! 10 more pounds and I will shed my layers. lol

Planning is really helpful - and you can always plan in cheat treats as well... just to help keep you sane... Just take it meal by meal and you'll get back on track - just remind yourself why you want to get where you want to be :D

I second that! You definately do seem to have your eyes on the bigger picture which is great :)

Okay, since my birthday is exactly one month from today, I have decided to do my own little challange. "How much wieght can Kaika lose before her birthday." I know weigh 203-4 (I knew I wasn't going to get away with it but I am not changing my ticker, not today anyway, I guess I'll have to tomorrow though) and I'm hoping to be around 195 by my birthday. Wish me luck people. :)

Oooh go for it girlfriend!!! Hey, maybe when you reach that goal you could get yourself like a really nice new outfit as a birthday present to yourself/well done for reaching your goal type thing!

MJB, we CAN do this, no we WILL do this, no doubt. Oh and let me clarify, I am by no means in form fitting clothes (no spandex here, that's for sure lol). What I should have said was I can actually wear a pair of jeans now (not too tight mind you) and a few of the shirts that I haven't been able to fit into for a while and my boobs are actually sticking out further than my stomach, ha ha! I don't feel the need to hide in my giant hoodie and baseball cap any more, well not unless my hair's dirty. ;)

Well guys, once again, did good yesterday. I did my weight training, ate well, ect... I so want to break this 200 (again lol) and I'm HOPING to do it by this Sunday all though I realize that may be a bit much. Oh well, a girl can dream, right? If anything, I should be there by next Sunday, wish me luck.
 
Well, I did eat a bit more yesterday than I should have but it wasn't a pig out by any means, I had one piece of pizza that I shouldn't have eaten because I was all ready up to my calorie limit. Nothing tragic by any means, just thought I'd jot it down. I did do my cardio again yesterday (it was one of those days that I had to force myself) and even though I plan on continuing to do well this week, I don't know if I'll see much good on the scale on Sunday because it's PMS time and God forbid I lose anything during PMS time. Oh well, it'll start to come off once I begin my cycle and it usually just falls off me at that time, especially if I do well during PMS time so I'll definitely make up for it.

I hate this time of the month, all I want to do is lay around and eat. That however is NOT gonna happen though.
 
I am sooooo tired today, it must be this rainy weather and the PMS. I still plan on excersising but haven't done so yet. I did have one donut today. I saw some french donuts at the store which are my absolute favorite and since I hadn't had one in months, I decided to treat myself to one. It was really good. Other than that I did pretty good. I did end up doing some weight training yesterday, not as much as I normally do but I worked out my arms and abs so it was good. Now off to do my cardio for today. Man I'm tired, hopefully it will help wake me up a bit.
 
Still totally exausted and didn't do so well today. I really think that stomach problem I had totally threw me off. I just can't seem to get completely back on track. :( Luckily some of my good eating style habits are sticking with me, I don't think I could shake them now if I wanted to. I've really learned how to cook healthy and I don't miss cooking otherwise but I just can't get motivated enough to excersise and not have some snacks that I probably shouldn't. Therefore, I have decided to take a break until Monday. I need to do something here but I think I need a couple of days away so I can get my head around everything again. I will still weigh in on Sunday and journal everyday but I am taking the weekend off from my regimen.

All right, did pretty good today. Ate well, did my 30 minutes of cardio, sweated my butt off. Let's just hope I don't blow it again toward the end of the week.

Did good yesterday, ate healthy and with in my calorie limit and did my weight training. The only thing I didn't do was start out with 10 minutes of cardio like I normally do before I weight train, I was just too tired yesterday (had a lot going on) but I'm not at all concerned about it. The main thing was to get my weight training in.

Also, I'm all ready done with my cardio for today. I started it at 6 oclock this morning so I could get it out of the way and not have to worry about it for the rest of the day. I really want to break 200 (according to my docs scale) by my birthday. :)

I will try to stop by more frequwntly - it is hard when I first start supporting new ppl b/c I need to make it habit liek everyone else I support plus I only use my subscription list never new posts - lol - anyway I will try to drop in more regularly

One piece of pizza isnt gonna hinder you or through you off track :):):) Good for you for forcing yourself to exercise even if you didnt want to - I do that as well - keeps you accountable and focused keeps you active

We all need treats from time to time as long as they are treats and not binges or regular indulgences...Usually when I am tired and need to force myself to exercise it does refresh me and wake me up:):):)

Stuck to it again yesterday and I'm sitting here drinking my fiber suppliment as I type this. Today is weight training day so I'll be doing that later and of course I'll be sticking to my eating plan. I so hope to be under 200 by my birthday, God please.

It's not working though Kezzy. :(

I had a really busy day yesterday running around so I didn't stick to my eating plan like I should have. I was out at the drugstore and had forgotten to eat lunch before I went and started to get really shaky so I bought a bag of M&Ms to help boost my blood sugar but I didn't eat the whole bag. I gave half of them away. Later, I had a anti pasto salad for dinner, no bread (I figure I should have a salad to make up for the M&M's) and I didn't finish that either but then a few hours after I got really hungry so I had ONE bowl of cereal. Nothing tragic right? So how is it that when I got on the scale this morning I gained a pound? WTF???? I'm about ready to give up.
 
Okay, got on the scale this morning and gained another pound so, I decided to kick it in to high gear. I am doing my blast off week this week. That mean only 1000 calories a day. I know that's quite low but it's only for this week. Next week, I will go back to my regular 1500-1600 calorie days.

Got up today and worked my ass off. I danced, I jogged, I sweated, and I jogged some more for thirty minutes straight. If I don't lose something this week, I don't know what I'm going to do.

Edited to add I also plan on writing down what I'm eating and my excerise each day so tomorrow I will write down what I did for excercise and how long I did it and what I ate today.
