Kadie... that sounds like a great dream to have! Do you plan on moving to California when you are your new trim self? :) I grew up in California in Burbank (where all the studios are). There are a lot of places to get picked up by people there. I have a lot of friends that have done or are still trying to do stuff in television or movies! Good luck! Even if it is just a dream it's still fun to think about! :)
 
I'll probably never make it to California but living in Florida isn't too bad either. Between Miami, Orlando and Tampa I think I could find some good gigs. Maybe one day.

I definitely would need to lose weight. I completely broke down last night. A few of my girlfriends and I were going out dancing and I had picked out an outfit early in the day. Tried it on and everything. Well, I got ready and looked in the mirror and so began my 2 hour fit of trying to find something I didn't feel like a complete cow in. I cried out of frustration, because my cute jeans don't fit any more and I feel like no matter what I do I can't fix it. I need to suck it up and get it together. Dancing was good exercise though. I just wish I could afford to go every night. I went out to a party tonight, where there is usually some dancing, but it was an awful experience. I don't drink anyways, but even if I did I wouldn't now because it is such a waste, all those empty calories. I felt pressured all night, more than normal for some reason, and ended up leaving early-which is so not like me. I hate it because I feel like I'm growing up but my friends aren't coming with me. Oh well, I'll make new ones in a few weeks at college and the important ones I have now will keep in touch.

Besides that, food situation hasn't been bad. I can't remember much of yesterdays food because I planned on typing it in last night but I didn't have time. I did say no to an after club ice cream though! Today I had a bagel, I know it is bad but I hardly ever have them! 1/2 cup mac n' cheese with lowfat cheese and wheat pasta. And salad with nuts and veggies for dinner. I did ab work and leg toning. No cardio- I was too tired after last night and my toes hurt from dancing for 3 hours in heels!!

I am a shoe fanatic and love heels but I need a practical pair of dancing shoes that are still cute and dressy enough but do not make me 3 inches taller and give me sore toes!!

I know what you mean about clothes, how "suddenly" it just doesn't look nice anymore... I have a lot of that, since I've been gaining weight, and I am lousy at throwing things out. One advice I read in here somewhere is to find that dress or whatever that is the favourite, but doesn't fit and then hang it up on your door, as a goal. That way you don't just obsess about a number on your scale. You make it your goal:)
I was a little worried in the start about you intake, like M2M said, if you don't get the needed you body goes into starvation and instead of loosing the fat you'll start loosing muscless and such. You should try getting something to eat a snack or whatever like every 4 hours at least, that way you body gets new fuel on a regular basic, and it doesn't convience itsefl its starving. It doesn't have to be anything big, like for instans a healthcampagning roaming my country for time being is "6 a day", it means 6 pieces (or 600g) fruit a day is recommended. (and don't know if its correct translated, but there is the saying: a apple a day keeps the doctor away.)

Thanks for your concern. I do know I need more fruit in my diet but I am alergic so I can only eat so much in on sitting. I love it anyways though! I do eat between 1100-1200 calories everyday. I promise!!
 
Yesterday was pretty good but I have decided I need to be much better about counting calories. I have gotten in the habit of eating the same foods so I feel like I don't need to count, but I definitely went a bit over yesterday. I did my morning bike ride (9 miles) and 30 minutes of toning.

Breakfast was Kashi
1 lowfat cheese stick
glass of milk 350 calories

Lunch was veggie nuggets and a few goldfish crackers
360 calories

Dinner was 2 slices of a small cheese pizza and a peice of cheesey bread.
600 calories

Total calories:
1310

I figured with the exercise that isn't too bad.

Today I skipped my morning bike ride. Just too tired but I will do an hour of cardio and 20-30 minutes of toning at least today.

I haven't had breakfast yet but I think I am going to have kashi or cheerios.
Lunch should be a big salad with nuts and cheese.
Snack perhaps a 100 calorie pack.
And I have a birthday dinner this evening so we'll see what they are serving.

I think I am going to try a cheerios diet instead of Special K. For breakfast have cheerios and fruit. Lunch cheerios with nuts. and then a low fat dinner. Perhaps?

Today however I am going to make it better, I hope.

Just move on, forget tomorrow, or better yet remember it as an example of not what to do again... Like a learned lesson. I bet you did better today:)

Well I didn't gain any weight! It was incredibly hectic always eating on the run and whenever we could, usually not until late at night but it was well worth it. I loved it!
Back to work tomorrow!
 
I can't remember what I ate yesterday. I guess I was just recooping from the week. I am getting really nervous about college-I leave Tuesday :( and I think that is what is fueling my appetite. We'll see. Today may be okay.
