Kadie, I sooooo know what you're talking about because I grew up as a dancer. You can read the first post in my diary for the details, but after years of excessive dieting and health problems and having to go on medications that caused weight gain, I am FINALLY trying to gain control.
You may not have had a serious eating disorder, hon, but like me you have a very disordered attitude towards food. It is just as important for you to learn to eat ENOUGH as it is for you to eat well. For the exercise you are doing etc, you are not eating enough. Take this as a time not only to lose weight but to get healthy. I'm there for you girl!
