hi kadie! welcome!! are you currently on a diet/exercise plan? if not, there are some good suggestions around here if you are trying to formulate one. feel free to ask questions, get frustrated and get psyched for your successes! 20 lbs in 3 months? Technically, "they" say that you should lose 0.5 lbs to 2lbs/week for maximum ability to KEEP it off afterwards...just an FYI...so you dont get discouraged. Welcome and good luck!

ps- i LOVE kashi golean crunch!! Mmmmm. (my breakfast this morning as well)
 
I did well considering it was a holiday :)
Breakfast: Kashi with lots and lots of water
Lunch: skim cheese stick and salad with skim milk
Dinner: veggie burger/bun, pickles, and roasted potatoes

10 mile bike ride

Tomorrow it's a 7:00 am wake up, bike to the beach and back (16.5 miles), and then some yoga.

Isn't it 30 days to form a habit? If I can make it 30 days with early rising and exercise I think I'll be okay when I get to college in August... I hope :-\
 
I always heard it was 2 weeks -but Google tells me that it takes 21 days to form a habit... so taking it one step at a time... one day at a time.. you'll have your good habit built and you'll be all set for school... :)

Dinner: Stuffing...
It was a bad day for food. I didn't eat a lot but I need to go grocery shopping :-\

Didn't get a bike ride in this morning but I did use the stationary bike for an hour.

I've used the name for years - but maleficent is the evil queen from sleeping beauty - my favorite of all the villians as she had no motive for being evil... she just was... :)
